Come experience the slow, relaxing pace of the town of Topsail Beach while getting that much-needed rest in this wonderfully decorated and designed beach home! This house has comfortably furnished rooms and thoughtful provisions and has an Elevator that reaches each level of the house. The house is conveniently located by both beach and sound side accesses, each just an easy walk away. A few restaurants and shops are just minutes back to the commercial area of Topsail Beach, and more restaurants and shopping are a short drive back into Surf City.

On A Clear Day offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bed sizes include 3 Queens and 2 Twins. Pillows, spreads, and blankets are provided. Linens are NOT provided but are available for rental.

➤No Smoking is allowed inside this property.

➤Linens (Sheets and towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

Great for families and great location

Our family beach trip included our adult son and his girlfriend and our two teenage sons. There was plenty of room for all. The location was great and accommodations were spacious and welcoming. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great location near Serinity Point with lots of extras

We loved the location of this house. While it was not water front you have water views from all four sides. We were close enough that we could still hear the ocean and it was a very short walk to the beach. The layout of the house was perfect for an extended family vacation. We loved all of the extras in the storage room that were available. They had beach chairs, water toys, bikes and the room was perfect to store our strollers. The kitchen was well stocked and this house itself had everything we needed and more. The best part is the short walk to Serenity Point where we spent most of our time. We had a great time here. You truly can not beat this house for the price.
