A luxury property including all the amenities you can hope to have in a vacation rental. Master bedroom with shower and two person hot tub spa. Full second bathroom including one person whirlpool bath and double sink vanity. Free WiFi and a 55 inch Samsung TV in the master bedroom, a 40 inch Panasonic Plasma TV in the living room, 28 inch TV in the kitchen, a 24 inch TV in the Master bath along with other TVS in the other bedrooms make for great television viewing An impeccable yard consisting of luscious green lawn and incredible ocean views from chaise lounges. A six seated out door Oceanside umbrella table with six chairs. At high tide walk 75 feet to the water.

Our Happy Place

This is the second time we rented this home with another family and our vacation was all we hoped for. The home is clean and spacious with amazing views. The location is one of the best on Wells beach. There is always beach even at high tide and the home is centrally located a slight distance to both parking lots, which makes is less busy. Sunsets and Sunrises are breathtaking and to walk the beach day or night with such convenience is my favorite part. The owner was very attentive as needed, but not intrusive. We would love to stay in this home again some day.

"A Dream Come True"

My husband and I have always dreamed of staying right on the beach and have been going to Wells Beach on and off for many years. This was by far one of our best vacations. We rented with another family and had 3 teenagers combined. The owner was very responsive and the home was very clean and inviting. The large windows in the main living area allowed us to always be on the ocean even when inside. We didn't want to leave. Would love to stay again sometime.

The Wells area offers many restaurants from casual to gourmet. Offered at the local harbor are jet skies, deep sea fishing and kayaking in the Wells harbor and Webhannet River. Outlet shopping is also offered in the Town of Kittery located a short 20 mile drive south on Rte 1. Located in the Town of York is The York Animal Farm. A quaint zoo with many interesting animals at a very reasonable price. The Oxford Casino locate (offers a full casino experience) approximately 1 1/4 hours drive .
