Managed by retired owners with 20+ years experience managing their own properties--available by email or phone 24/7! Owner pays utilities, private internet and WIFI, phone and cable.
We're retired teachers. Carol grew up in Western New York on the shores of Lake Erie and moved to Central Florida in 1976. Jeff grew up in southwest Virginia and moved to central Florida in 1963. We now live 47 miles from this condo, our second home, in Longwood, Florida.

Carol has visited the Daytona Beach area every year since she was a young child--for the last 60 years, and always enjoyed the ocean and lighthouses.
I fell in love with the view of the ocean from the living room, master suite or private balcony! You will, too! This unit is in a 19-unit complex with friendly neighbors--some full-time residents, some part-time residents, and a few rental units. It's close to the Ponce Inlet LightHouse which I have enjoyed climbing for a LONG time. It is so peaceful and relaxing and on the no-drive section of the beach. We've tried to include everything to make you as at home on your visit as we are when we visit.
This condo is perfect, clean and close to everything stores, not far from a boardwalk and you are right on the ocean;
The balcony has a best view ever!!! We can`t wait to return next year; Carol was very kind and helpful!!!

Beach area was nice without being crowded. Plenty of room for everybody with a great view from the second floor balcony. Friends stayed at a hotel down the road with a lazy river and two pools at first they thought they had the better place but was crazy busy, had to wait in line for the elevators etc. by the second day they were wishing they were at our place
Sea Fern 201 was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect - on the same level as the parking, with only steps to the beach access. Carol was so generous and helpful. She provided everything to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean.
Our stay at this condo is a dream come true. Everything is perfect about it! WE Loved our stay!The owners are so kind and helpful. We can't wait to return!
Again, Carol was the sweetest. We appreciate her sharing their vacation home. She always responds within an hour...usually quicker! Steps from the beach and you personal parking space. This 2 bedroom units is well decorated and bigger than most. Everything you could want.
This was my 2nd year and the condo makes me feel like it's my home away from home. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Thankyou so much Carol Jessee!
