I couldn't not have it! Spectacular views in a gated community for an absentee owner providing security at tranquil location.
My self my husband and our six kids stayed here because I was having surgery. This is a amazing comfortable house. The view was gorgeous. I would defenatly stay here and recremend this house. the neighborhood was quiet and felt extremely safe. The pictures of this house do not do any justice. The manager was accessible everything about this rental was amazing.
I've been to Albuquerque a handful of times now with groups and this has been by far my favorite place to stay. It's a beautiful house with everything you need and more. And has a great kitchen! It's also situated in a great area to take advantage of the trails in the foothills and has easy access to the nearby grocery store. Hope to be back again soon!
Totally recommended for family gathers, spacious, all necessities covered, beautiful mountain views plus modern touch with all technology gadgets you could need. Definitely will stay again!!!
I initially chose this property for the proximity to my parents' home. We were gathering the whole family for Thanksgiving and needed a place that was large and also had a well equipped kitchen since I was helping prepare the meal. The home was stunning! It has a gorgeous view of Sandia Peak and at night the view of city lights is outstanding. The home is well equipped with large flat screen tv in each bedroom , comfortable sleeping areas with lots of extra towels, sheets and supplies. We really felt at home. I took full advantage of the gourmet kitchen. I cooked large breakfasts each morning and helped prepare the Thanksgiving meal. We also used the gas grill out on the back patio. The whole house is tastefully decorated even impressing my surly 15 year old. Our group consisted of my husband and I plus my adult daughter, teenage daughter and 12 year old son. All had room to spread out and feel comfortable. The basement is fully finished and could sleep an entire separate group. The home is in close proximity to a grocery store and other shopping plus Starbucks!
It was easy to get into the property, good communication with the property manager and keys were just where he said. It was nice to stay at a gated property as well. The house was very clean and organized. I had no trouble finding what we needed for meals etc. I used the washer/dryer so we took home suitcases of clean laundry which was a plus as was the ability to cook healthy food instead of eating out every meal on vacation. It was pretty mild weather while we were there, but cool at night and the ambient floor heating was really nice for taking off the chill..
I appreciated all the little detail such as hooks on bathroom doors, extra trash bags, kleenex and towels etc ... really felt like home.
Enjoyed our stay at Los Ojos de Tejas. There were 7 adults. Beautifully appointed and maintained home. Plenty of silverware, dishes, cups and glasses. Also linens. We didn't find too much missing for needs, so you might want to check the house first before shopping.
Quiet, convenient, secure location. We were in Albuquerque for the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta. (If you plan on going to the Fiesta, book early!) The field was about 30 minutes from the house and we were able to see some of the balloons from the outside of the home. Shopping within walking distance...only a 5 minute drive to Albertsons. The home backs up to the Sandia mountains and there is a lovely park adjacent to the community.
We would definitely recommend this proprerty.
The owner and mangaer were a pleasure to deal with and very accomodating.
The pictures do not do this home justice. Every detail to ensure comfort was thought of in the finishes and furnishings in this home. There was plenty of room for our party of 6 to spread out. We had an elderly person with us, and found the entire property accessible (particularly the walk in shower). And I could talk for days about the views......
