Villa 'Olympia' is located on north western part of Crete in the town of Tavronitis which is approximately 20 km away from the centre of Chania city. Modern villa with magnificent views, private swimming pool and walking distance to the beach, tavernas and town. Built in accordance to the Ministry of Tourism standards and the EOT license # 1042K92003046901 has been issued to the property.

A peaceful area but close to the more active and commercial seaside towns such as Platanias and city of Chania, as main highway junction is just 1.5 km away. Villa Olympia is 156 s m, built on a 450 square meters lot in the year 2007, and the beach is just a 400 meters away. The private backyard surrounded by stone walls has a 30 square meters swimming pool with 0.7 m deep on shallow end, and 1.5 m in the deep end.

The two storey building has open concept living room, dining room and kitchen on the top level (about 50 square meters) along with a two piece washroom and air condition. From the north balcony you have a panoramic view of the sea, stretching from Rodopou peninsula on the west of the property. There is also a glass table with patio chairs for those who wish to have their meals outside while enjoying the beautiful scenery and nice breeze from the ocean. On the south top level balcony you see the remaining town of Tavronitis on the hills, and the spectacular White mountains at a further distance away. Living room has the entertaining section where you will find a 40 inch TV connected to satellite with many international and local Greek channels. TV also connected to a DVD and CD player.

Middle level or the ground level of the building (about 50 square meters) contains two air-conditioned bedrooms, both having balconies, with one double bed in each room. There is also a washroom with a bathtub on this floor.

The lower level or basement is approximately 60 square meters in size, and has two bedrooms with two single beds each. There are ceiling fans in both rooms, while the larger of the two has glass sliding doors for viewing the front yard, and with aluminium shadows preventing any light going through. A washroom with shower also provided on this floor.

Tavronitis town has a pharmacy, ATM machine, butcher, cafes, bakery, mini markets, bicycle rental place, as well as a good selection of relaxed tavernas. There is also a selection of restaurants and tavernas by the sea. Adjacent town of Maleme (to the east) and Kolymbari (to the west) have ATM machines and large and modern INKA supermarkets with a wide selection of products.

Taxes and utilities are included in the listed price. Linen and in-house towels provided. Key house rules are: no parties allowed, maximum of eight people, respect the property and its contents.

Bookings are preferably to start on a Saturday or Sunday, but other days will also be considered. English speaking manager will provide a welcome package and tour advise upon guest arrival.
