This lovely modern ranch on a private lot on beautiful, crystal-clear Loon Lake features fabulous views, room to play, and a superb location in the heart of the Adirondacks! Inside you will find a spacious living room with expansive stone fireplace and wood burning stove and dining area, with beautiful pine walls throughout. There is a full kitchen for your entertaining needs, with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, garbage disposal, and generous storage and counter space. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and great views of the lake. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third has a double bed and also a nice view of the water. All three have large closets and dressers for abundant storage. There is a pull-out queen sofa bed in living room, as well. With a back deck overlooking the lake, terraced grounds that slope down to 100’ of waterfront, and a private carpeted dock, this is an ideal place for swimmers and boaters to relax with family and friends! Amenities include one full bath with shower, washer/dryer, picnic table, mobile outdoor fire pit, kayaks, canoe, high speed internet and cable television with surround sound, as well as one car garage and ample parking. Jet skis and power boat rentals are also available at the Loon Lake Marina. The location is also superb, located just off of exit 25 on I-87, and just minutes from Chestertown’s main street, as well as within easy reach of Saratoga Springs, Glens Falls, Gore Mountain, Bolton Landing, Lake George, and so much more! No matter what your interests, you will find it nearby!

This home was the perfect spot to spend a fun filled and relaxing 2 weeks. It was private, comfortable, homey, and had everything you needed. Appreciated the detailed guest book and labeling of everything. Left all the guess work out!
It was very clean, and the owner left a gift certificate to the Main Street Ice Cream Parlor, which the grandkids loved. It is their favorite spot. We did a lot of kayaking, boating , swimming . hiking, s'mores by the fire and just had a lot of fun! Ate our usual Friday night pizza at the Panther Mountain Inn, and also tried the Bang Bang Shrimp at the Cafe Adirondack.
I would highly recommend this property and would love to come back next year.

This lake home was just perfect! Everything we needed or would think of needing was there. We didn't have the best weather but that didn't stop us from having a great time. We rented a pontoon boat from the Marina which was literally 5 mins by boat from the house. The fishing was great the lake is beautiful. We have stayed in the Adirondacks at many homes and this one was the best, and working with Realtor was a pleasure.
If your on the fence please try it you will not regret it.I cant wait for next year!
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay here during the first weekend in October. The house is adorable -- very clean, organized and nicely decorated. It's cozy and comfortable. We loved the view of the lake from the master bedroom and drinking our morning coffee (Keurig & K-cups provided) with a beautiful lookout from the living room. It truly felt like a home away from home!
The owner of the house provided us with excellent customer service. Household items and areas were labeled for our convenience and any questions we had were answered in a detailed booklet he left on the kitchen table for us. He also provided us with a gift certificate to the Main Street Ice Cream Parlor, where we had some great sandwiches and ice cream.
We are outdoorsy people, so we loved being on the lake and in the Adirondacks. We hiked Mt. Marcy (about an hour away) and visited nearby Lake Placid. And we absolutely loved kayaking on Loon Lake and taking in the beautiful sights and sounds, and at this time of year, the gorgeous foliage.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone. It's a relaxing getaway in a beautiful location. We had a lovely time and we hope to come back next year!
