The parking space is available right at the building. Guests have access to the fast Speed Wi-fi Internet and cabel Tv, fully equipped kitchen, towels for the bathroom and bedding sets. As a welcome gift we offer a bottle of wine and fresh flowers .We live close by and we always available to help and answers any questions. Brookline offers a mixture of city and suburban living minutes from Downtown. It is often called a 'City Paradise'. It is nice, green, and quiet. There is a wonderful neighborhood feel with variety of local independent shops and some of the best restaurants in the Boston area. The Washington Square together with Coolige Corner are the biggest attractions in Brookline. Washington square became metro Boston's favored Restaurant row: Ribelle-Italian, Barcelona-Spanish, Rod Dee-Thai, Tavern-American, Public House-Belgian, and many others. There are also supermarkets within walking distance-Star Market, Whole Food, and Trader Joe. The walk to Coolige Corner will take around fifteen minutes and less than five minutes on train or car. There is a large and beautiful park just fifty yards from the building with plenty playgrounds, tennis courts, etc. It is easy to get around, just jump on C or D green line and you are in Boston! Direct trip to Longwood Medical Area, museums like MFA, Science Museum,Children Museum. All the major Universities, including BC and BU, MIT, Harvard, Emerson, Mass.Institute of Arts and others. If you take train the other direction, you will get to suburbs. Trains stops are very close by. Just two minutes walk to C line, and even less to D line. Please do not forget: we offer parking space. So if you are going to use a car, it is just a three miles to drive to the Center of Boston .
Originally from Europe, now I live in Brookline Massachusetts with my husband and 2 children. I believe that if you visit the Boston area, Brookline is the best place to stay.
Marina Rozovsky purchased this apartment in 2014
The place I offer to you was recently bought and completely remodeled for my daughter. But she moved to another town, and therefore the apartment is vacant.
Being in love with arts and also being very familiar with the city,i would love to share any advice with you on Brookline's and Boston's best attractions. Museums, theaters, restaurants, etc.
This condo/apartment was clean, open and quiet in a lovely neighborhood close to grocery stores and anything you may need when traveling. If you need to be around Brookline area and not far from downtown Boston, this is a perfect place. Marina very responsive to any issue or question that comes up. Would stay here again with my wife when visiting relatives.
This was the second time we rented this apartment. It is close to the C and D line into Boston, walking distance to some good restaurants, grocery shopping, parks, CVS and Dunkin Donuts! If you have a car, there is a parking spot for this apartment and in Boston, parking is premium!
Marina, promptly returned any inquiries or calls. If you need anything she lives close by and is always willing to take care of your needs.
The apartment is clean, newly remodeled and in a nice area. Our only recommendation is to consider replacing the living room furniture as it is not the furniture pictured in the ad and is lacking in comfort and has been well utilized.
This was a great location, right next to a green line T stop and within a few blocks of a grocery store and several neighborhood restaurants. Although the bedroom overlooked the T-stop, the noise from the trains wasn't bad and the property was clean and well-maintained. The owner met us promptly on arrival. I'd recommend this property to others and would consider staying here again since it was so convenient to public transportation.
Host was lovely. Met us promptly & flexible w dates as we had some mis-communications within our family. This one bedroom was perfect for my Husband and I while in Boston for our daughter's graduation from B.U.. WITH onsite, off street parking we were able to leave our car there for the entire visit.
We did use the fan setting on the air conditioning unit as we had not anticipated the noise from the nearby train station.
The pillows were not up to my standards but I do admit to being fussy and traveling with my own pillows. The apartment was clean and well-equipped though we did not cook or eat there as my daughter lives less than a mile away.
THIS IS A GREAT WALKABLE BROOKLINE LOCATION AND THE PARKING SPOT IS PRICELESS.
This property was exactly as described! A perfect location! My daughter ran in the Boston Marsthon and this location was perfect. A block fro the green line - which is easy to navigate. And a block from Beacon street which is about mile marker 23 of the marathon. The condo was great! Very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for meals. We loved it and next time in Boston would stay here. The owners were great. Responded to emails in a very timely basis. A good resource for how to get around Boston. I would highly recommend this property!

Our family now has the perfect place to stay whenever this rental is available when we come up to Boston. Perfect, perfect, perfect....
