Unparalleled views across the Caribbean Sea with its luminous sunsets, miles of unspoilt fine sandy beach, colourful and lush tropical surroundings contribute to the perfect experience.Combined with the most stunning infinity edge pool, a small well equipped fitness centre and myriad of restaurants and activities at close proximity, there is plenty to do to satisfy the more active residents.
This small and exclusive development has been winning many travel awards and accolades for offering one of the best holiday destinations on island.
I have travelled the world and have been all around the Caribbean. I instantly fell in love with Nevis.
Great condo on the best beach, the water was perfect and beach was quiet. This was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. The condo was ready to go when we arrived, we stocked the cupboards and were able to relax for the rest of the week. The only item that we missed was a Grill for cooking outdoors. The Pool and sitting area around the Pool were great but we preferred the beach. We decided not to get a car right away and we were able to walk the beach to 3 restaurants for lunch or dinner. We used a tour company accross the street from the condo to get a better feel for the island before renting a car. We got a car for the last 2 days on the Island so we could visit the Botanical Gardens, explore the island and have dinner at some new locations. Overall Great Experience, would definitely come back.
following a two week stay at Nelson Springs, my lasting impressions are - ..
Location _ situated on a most beautiful beach. Easy access to several restaurants. The exquisite four seasons resort a stones throw away.
The house is set in beautiful, well tended gardens overlooking an infinity pool which overlooks the beach.
The beach has several very comfortable sun loungers.
Each morning the beach is raked and very well looked after.
The house itself is perfect. Decorated very tastefully, we particularly loved the large terrace which comfortably seats up to ten people for outside dining.
The bedrooms are luxurious, so comfortable, we especially
loved the bedroom with an amazing view of pool and beach.
Each morning was like waking up in paradise, can't wait to return.
I vacationed at nevis earlier this year. I have to say it was one of the best holidays i've had in a long time. You will not be disappointed by the excellent sea views, friendly locals and superb food. I would wake up each morning and sit on the veranda looking over the lovely garden area and check my email as wireless internet is available and is pretty fast. My two sons aged 13 and 16 had an amazing time. This is unusual as they are normally bored after the first couple days of holidays, however, there was so much for them to do that I hardly saw them!
The food was fantastic. You could either get some supplies from the nearby supermarket or just walk a couple of yard up the beach and got to the the restaurant next door where you'll be warmly welcomed by fantastic waiters who serve (in my opinion) the best food on the island. You could also walk to the four seasons resort where you could enjoy a more formal type of meal.
Overall a very enjoyable holiday. 10/10
One of the best locations on Nevis Island. The colonial style buildings, surrounded by beautiful gardens, a perfect base. From early morning walks along the full stretch of Pinneys Beach through to Cades Bay, a dip in the beautiful warm water on the way. Back to Nelson Springs and a lounger on the beach - maybe a dip in the pool - more sunshine, watching the sea. The accommodation is immaculate and reflects the Caribbean vibe for relaxation. You can sit out on the covered porch that overlooks the pool and the beach enjoying your breakfast or lunch - or plan a visit to Mango's Restaurant (stunning setting at Four Seasons) for lobster rolls !! or a fabulous range of fresh food. More laid back venues include 'Sunshines' on the beach, 'Double Deuce' at the far end of the beach, (just before Charlestown) for lobster salad with rice and beans. A visit to Golden Rock, set in lush tropical gardens, where you sit out overlooking the island is also a must (Not least for some of the best mojitos ever! ) For the earlier riser, try and catch a breakfast over at Nisbet Plantation again a stunning location with excellent fresh food. Be sure to catch the amazing sunsets from your balcony. The Nevisian people are friendly and welcoming - a fact that I heard repeated by many visitors. You immediately feel 'at home' on Nevis. On an early morning walk look up from the beach at Nevis peak shrouded in small clouds and it is easy to understand why first settlers were overwhelmed by its stunning natural beauty. Can't wait for my next visit.
I was sceptical about going on holiday to the Caribbean. I found this house on VRBO and contacted the owner, a lovely lady who was very helpful in telling me about the area and the home. I was very much pleasantly surprised when I go to the beach front property - it had stunning sea views and it got us straight into the holiday mode. The superb endless swimming pool which overlooks the sea was a pleasure to swim in very morning, with the sun beginning to rise over the tranquil sea. The restaurant on site was also superb, with fantastic Caribbean and american style food. I would strongly recommend this superb house, with its breathtaking views, and relaxing Caribbean atmosphere.
