My name is Marisa and I am a boutique-type manager that specializes in managing a small handful of units in the two best complexes on Crescent Beach (the only two right on the beach— just six steps off the pool deck to sand, as opposed to all others that have long hard wooden boardwalks and stretches of dunes separating you from the sand and the sea). While I’m different from working with an owner (this is what I do for a living so I am fast to answer emails, always available by phone/text, and treat this as a business) I am a lot like an owner as well, in that I have been staying in this complex and on this beach for over 17 years myself (my parents own there)!
I have stayed in most of the units I manage and know the complex, beach, and area as well as I know my hometown. Renting with me means you won’t mess with big companies who have never set foot in our complex, much less your unit. It means that if there are problems, you have 24 hour access to me to help you. It also means that I am here to help you plan your perfect vacation for your group or family.
With 17 years of experience, first coming as a teenager, and now bringing my four children, as well as coming with my retired parents who own there, I am very familiar with what the area has to offer for all ages and the best insider tips for restaurants, places to find sea shells, best places to shop, golf, etc. I would love not only to rent to you, but to help you plan your perfect vacation as well!

Crescent Beach on Anastasia Island is like a secret we hesitate to share, and yet can't keep to ourselves. The beaches are not very busy, and can sometimes even be vacant (where else does that happen?)! It's surrounded by entertainment and adventure and over 365 restaurants, and yet we are always content just breathing in all our condo and the ocean out the door has to offer!
In addition to a complete remodel (granite counters, white plank ceilings, etc.) this unit just had a mini-remodel 2015 with new white Natuzzi leather sofa living room set, new bed spreads, new dining nook upholstery, fresh paint, etc.
Very nice condo. Could be larger footage for the price. Beach toys, towels, bedding, couches and tables were nice and well stated. We just needed our suit and sunscreen. We have vacationed with our children for the past 1o yrs to Crescent Beach. The view from the condo is of course the tops!
My family and I recently had a wonderful and much needed week at the Coquina condos. The condo was clean and inviting. The property manager was a absolute pleasure to deal with. The view (208B) was fantastic. The other vacationers were all pleasant and friendly. And weather was perfect! We are already planning on a return stay next year! I would highly recommend staying here!
Condo is in excellent condition, decor pleasing and has been updated, views from balcony and bedroom are amazing. The location on Cresent Beach can't be beat, far enough from town that traffic is not a problem. Pool and beach access is simple and very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon.
The condo was lovely but there was not really any sun on the balcony. The view was beautiful from the 2 chairs. The complex is nice and we enjoy the tennis courts. Pool is good with a nice sun deck and a sun patio on the upper level. The weather was a bit cool but we managed a few days of sun. The beach is wide just watch out for all the fishermen. Put a damper on the view. Fairly close by car to restaurants, grocery store and St. Augustine. This was our second visit to the complex and we may return in the future. Owner was very responsive to maintenance issues.
Unit was totally clean on check in. Kitchen nicely supplied with broad variety of appropriate hardware - and not the cast off junk we sometimes see. Unit was nicely decorated in a low key calming not-in-your-face beach mode. Ocean view was adequate for watching the waves roll in. Owners info and responses were excellent. The condo building was peaceful and the neighbors, well, neighborly. Great section of broad beach with full view sunrise pleasure.
Condo B208 - 2 story (2nd & 3rd floors) with great views of Ocean and pool area. Easy access to beach from pool deck was about 15 feet away to put feet in sand. One bedroom had two dbl beds - overlooks parking lot - the "master" BR was at back overlooking ocean / pool. All linens and other essentials were clean and in proper storage... Unit had private WiFi in addition to condo Wifi. Plenty of parking available. Quartz countertops and new leather sofa and loveseat in main living room.
Needing attention: Carper on stairs and 2nd floor needs to be replaced, water controls in upstairs bathtub need repair... Would also add a light by front door.
Ease of process to make reservations and manager access was excellent. Communication from Marisa was easy to understand and informative including points of interest for the Crescent Beach area.
Would recommend to small family or couple seeking beach experience - drive on beach (for 4X4 vehicles) is a plus fun thing for this area of FLA....
Within fifteen minutes of this condo is everything you could ask for! World famous golf courses, historical sites, sports and recreational opportunities, shopping, theater, and more restaurants that you could eat at if you chose a different one each day of the year!!! St. Augustine is the oldest city in America. The cobblestone streets are quaint and attract thousands of visitors a year both for it's rich history as well as it's hundreds of different entertainment and recreational opportunities. So whether you enjoy adventure, history, wining and dining, or spend all your time on this quiet island and it's pristine beaches-- you won't run out of things to do!
