No need to purchase bottled water when staying here. New top of the line reverse osmosis for all your fresh drinking water needs.

All new appliances plus new washer/ dryer combo in the condo. Complex has tennis courts and pool within 300 ft of front door. Nice set of golf clubs with fz driver available at no charge to tenant.

The complex was quiet and the other tenants were very nice. We loved the area and would go for walks everyday around the lake near by. We utilized the heated pool and tennis court which were just steps from the front door. We could see that some upgrades have been done in the condo which are very nice. We also appreciated the comfortable beds. This place would be perfect for two couples as the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit and have their own bathrooms. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Don!

We stayed here for a month through the holiday season and it worked out well for us. It is absolutely a great location for golfing and other places of interest. We were visiting family in the Dobson Ranch area and it was easy access to all our needs. The Condo was very spacious and the bedrooms, walk in closets and bathrooms worked out perfect. Other residents in the building were awesome and I am for sure staying in this area again. The Owner was easy to work with and got back with us in a timely manner.

Condo in Dobson Ranch

We enjoyed the convenience of this condo. We were visiting family who lived close by. It was quiet and clean and everything that was in the listing. We would stay again if we visit the area again.

Excellent location

This condo worked out excellent for us as I was there with a friend On a golfing holiday. The condo is everything that Don advertised. Excellent location to all the necessary amenities. Dobson Ranch golf course was within three minutes and there were many other courses in the Mesa area. The condo was very clean with the bedrooms on each side so there was plenty of space for privacy. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the walk-in closet was very spacious The living room was very comfortable. The ceiling fans worked excellent and we rarely ever had to use the air condition because of the lower level location of the condo. The lower level makes it great for seniors. The complex is very quiet and the accommodations is very close to the tennis court and swimming pool.

The owner Don was great to deal with. He is very efficient and replies to your emails and telephone calls very quickly. If you have a chance try and eat at the Indian Fry Bread House in the Plaza across from Albertson's grocery store on Baseline Road. It is owned and operated by Navajo Indians. The Indian tacos were excellent. It is only 2 to 3 minutes away by car. I am hoping to rent Don's condo again in the very near future. I highly recommend this condo.

Great location and atmosphere!

Three of us stayed for a week to go to MLB Spring Training games. It was a perfect location. The condo was in a quiet villa with a nice pool right nearby and a great atmosphere. It was extremely accessible to highways - excellent for our needs to travel to games but if you want pin-drop silence there is a little (expected) traffic noise. Beds were comfortable. Nice lay-out with bedrooms to either side, each with its own bathroom. Nice porch - we loved drinking some coffee in the morning and talking with all the nice people who passed by - or not if you aren't the social type. (But everyone here was really nice!) There was a bag of Starbucks coffee there for us - can't guarantee that you'll get the same treatment but it was a nice touch! For the price, we felt the value was excellent and the condo absolutely met our needs. The owner was an excellent communicator and all transactions were handled smoothly. Damage deposit was even refunded almost immediately. We enjoyed our visit and hope to be back again down the road. Thanks, Don! See you next time!
