The home is comfortable and clean, boasting 2 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a living area with queen Murphy bed for extra sleeping space. All linens and towels are new, fresh, and clean!

The main level has a kitchen that is supplied with modern appliances, dishware, glassware, and flatware. A raised bar top in the kitchen affords extra seating.

The adjacent living room offers comfortable furniture (including a leather seating), plenty of space for a group to stretch out and relax after a long day on the slopes or hiking, a new Smart HDTV, equipped with Smart Apps and cable, and a DVD player. The artwork and décor provide a relaxed, yet, well-appointed feel. There is also wireless internet, for your convenience.

The dining area includes an extendable table. Flip on the 3-way gas fireplace for added warmth and charming ambiance.

The deck expands off of the dining room and presents majestic views of Byers Peak; the deck and windows from the living area also overlook the fishing pond.

The garage can store your gear and is attached to the home. You will also find the laundry closet and one full bathroom on the main level of the home.

Upstairs, you will find two master bedrooms, both with full bathrooms en suite. The main master offers a king sized bed with a new Tempurpedic mattress and fresh, luxurious linens. There is also a twin-over-full bunk bed with new mattresses and linens. This room comfortably accommodates 5 people. The mountain views from the main master window are breathtaking!

The secondary master bedroom (bathroom en suite) includes a queen bed and a twin bed, a generous walk-in closet, and sleeps 3 people comfortably.

Feel free to leave your car at the home, as you will be within walking distance to the free shuttle service (“The Ride”), which will drop you off at the base of Winter Park/Mary Jane Resort, or almost anywhere in the Fraser Valley (Winter Park) during ski season. The home is a short walk or drive to Safeway, various restaurants in Fraser, liquor stores, and additional shopping.

During the summer months, enjoy fishing at the pond just below the Waterside West homes, exclusive to the Waterside West owners and their guests. There is a low-cost community recreation center in Fraser with an indoor climbing wall, exercise classes, basketball courts, weight equipment, and heated swimming pool with lazy river and large water slide. Don’t forget to make time to play at the Fraser Tubing Hill in the winter or enjoy the Bowling/Movie/Arcade theater close by!

Fraser is located just 40 minutes away from Grand Lake and the Rocky Mountain National Park for all-season outdoor recreation, and conveniently located within close proximity to Devil’s Thumb Resort for cross country skiing. I am a Denver native, have lived in Winter Park, and own a small real estate brokerage firm, servicing the Denver Metro area and Grand County. This condo was the perfect place for us to have our long weekend getaway. It was very clean, well stocked and had all the amenities to make a stay away from home pleasant. The location is close to the Fraser River Trail for walking and biking to Winter Park Village. After spending a fun day there, we had a wonderful dinner at the Library restaurant in WP. Having a Safeway close by is always a bonus. While sitting out on the deck, we enjoyed the views of the stocked fishing pond and mountains. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo to any of our friends and plan next time to return ourselves to enjoy the winter activities in the area.

Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed the rental - it was clean and comfortable, had plenty of room for 7 or 8 people, and had great views of the sunset off the deck. the wifi worked well, the kitchen was nice, and the beds were comfortable. we will definitely go there again!

Awesome condo!

Had a great time staying this Waterside West condo. We have stayed in multiple units at WW and this is by far one of the nicest. Extremely comfortable with lovely views of the mountains! Very nicely decorated and well stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. We choose to eat in and the kitchen had a great selection of pots and pans, utensils etc. My only suggestion would be to service the ceiling fan in the master bedroom as it is out of balance and a little noisy. We come to Winter park twice a year and will definitely rent again. Many thanks for a great week!

Great location and good facilities

Spent Christmas here with the grandkids. Worked well as it is close to tubing, sking and Safeway! Unit is well equipped. 5 different remotes to run the TV though! Was fun. Nice entrance area for wet clothes & boots. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Beds were great. Garage parking for my car was great as we had 5-10" of snow over the weekend. Nice view out over deck. Would go back for sure.
