Welcome to Luxbon Graça Tagus, a lovely and comfortable apartment located in Sapadores/Graça area in Lisbon, with a precious view over the Tagus River (Rio Tejo). It is very near many historical areas of Lisbon, like Graça, Alfama, Mouraria, Lisbon's Cathedral and Lisbon's Castle.

The apartment fits up to 6 people in two bedrooms and one living room with a double sleeper couch and air conditioning. It is perfect for families travelling with kids (baby cot also available).
The building is very quiet, it has 2 elevators and it's in very good condition. The apartment was recently refurbished and has a very modern and clean decoration. It holds all the necessary equipment that a regular family needs to have a pleasant stay in the heart of Lisbon, in a very calm and peaceful neighborhood, next to Graça and many historical areas of the city. There is a fantastic view over Tagus River from the dining room and one of the bedrooms.
The living room has a LCD Flat Screenflat screen with Cable TV (over 130 channels, local and international), Full HD DVD and USB-DivX / MP3 media player. There is an additional HDMI cable so you can plug your own laptop or tablet. There is a High Speed Internet connection (100mbps) with WI-FI and ethernet accesspoint.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine (wash and dry), hand blender, toaster and many kitchen accessories. The bathroom has a powerful shower cabin with body jets and it’s equipped with a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a vibration platform fitness machine for guests who like to use it.
There is a free public parking in front of the building and there are several transportation routes crossing the surrounding area, including multiple bus routes, metro and the famous number 28 Tram route that passes many of best Lisbon’s sights, from Graça, Alfama and the Castle through Campo de Ourique and Estrela Basilica.
Nearby there are some cheap restaurants, cafes and a pizzeria, supermarkets, fresh stores and the Mercado de Sapadores (a big traditional market). You can find more commodities like ATM machine, children playground, hairdresser, post office and a gym.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Nice views and safe location. Free parking across the street. Not so busy or noisy if you stayed closer to older neighborhoods. Took a taxi to get around as it's a very busy city. Very fun!
We stayed at Daniel and Ana's apartment for two months in July and August of 2016 and we were very happy we used this apartment instead of others we were considering. They met us upon arrival, after giving good instructions on how to get there. We are an older couple 79 and 75 and it fit our needs very well. I had considered some other units in the Alfama district and after visiting that area am glad we chose their apartment. First, we were surprised to learn the price included once a week housekeeping. Second, we were in a location that was more or less level and could walk to the grocery store and transportation choices. In two blocks we had a choice of 8 buses and trolley 28. We walked to the Metro station, (downhill) although a bus or tram was available. We were able to walk (downhill) to the FADO museum, the tile museum, the cathedral (Se) and St. George castle or to the riverfront, then using a bus to get up the hill home. There were cafes and bars nearby, but is not a nightlife area. The location was middle class for Lisbon and was safe. Bus 735 was less than a block away and took us to the Cais do Sodre station where we could hop on a ferry to cross the river to a small town with about 20 cafes, or catch trolley 15 to Belem. Bus 712 took us to a twice weekly flea market and trolley 28 to various places of interest. The Metro station was a 15 minute walk, or use the bus or trolley 28. Keep in mind the sidewalks and streets are cobblestone and the sidewalks narrow. A prepaid transportation card is available that works on trolleys, busses, ferry and the Metro.
There were a few issues with a newly installed electric stove which they has responded to and will have repaired soon. In July and August I would recommend a unit with air conditioning that this unit has. The nights are cool and the apartment air kept the living room cool and the bedrooms cooled off at night by opening the windows. The apartment was well furnished and exceeded our expectations. It was better that other VRBO units we have used in three other European cities.

The property was an excellent base, amenities for grocery shopping locally were great. Access to public transport, both bus and tram was only minutes walk away directly into all area of interest. We had an amazing time loved Lisbon and will certainly return so much more to do and see.
After looking at hundreds of properties to rent in Lisbon, we certainly made the right choice in picking Daniel's apartment for our 18 night stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Daniels Mother and Sister in law, and all that was in the property listing was explained to us. Any questions we had, Daniel responded to our email enquiries very promptly. The apartment is modern, comfortable and clean. It is close to all amenities such as bus, tram 28, markets, shopping and our new favorite cafe, Aquarium House Cafe, only a few blocks away. We also felt very safe in the neighbourhood. We would definitely stay again. Thank You!
Location très agréable et très bien équipée pour accueillir une famille avec des enfants dont un bébé (lit+chaise haute). Nous avions une voiture de location et nous n'avons pas eu de problème pour trouver une place de parking à n'importe quelle heure. Idéalement placée pour visiter Lisbonne et sa région (Sintra et Cascais).
My husband, daughter and I spent 4 nights at Daniel and Anna's apartment. The apartment had been their home and was beautifully decorated. It was impecable and sparkling clean. They had promised free parking close by and it was! They are serious vacation owners and Daniel had a map, and suggested people to book tours with, and basically anything you needed to know to find your way around. Everything is approximately 20-30 minutes away, but keep in mind Lisbon is build on hills and is a medieval city of cobblestones. We found a taxi a great way to go and it was about 5 Euros each way. . .about equal to the Metro.
The only thing was the ac only worked in the living and dinning areas. All other applicances worked perfectly. I would definitely book again, and both Anna and Daniel were perfect hosts.
