Make yourself at home! Bella Casa is a laid-back beach house with an open floor plan. The spacious living area offers comfortable lounging for the entire family, even your furry family members!

Located only one block from the beach, you’ll have your toes in the sugar-white sand in no time! And when you’ve had enough fun in the sun, relax and enjoy your evening cocktail by the private pool.

Catch up on that much needed rest and relaxation with plentiful sleeping accommodations for up to 10 people:

Queen Guest Suite located on the 1st floor offers a walk-in closet, built-in desk & bookcase, and private entry to the 1st floor full bath. (Sleeps 2)

King Master located on the 2nd floor. Easily organize your belongings in the spacious walk-in closet. Wind down on the private balcony overlooking the swimming pool and then fully relax as you soak in the Jacuzzi tub. Enjoy your favorite TV show on the Flat Screen before slumbering off to dreamland. The Master ensuite features a granite vanity, separate toilet room, and Jacuzzi tub with separate shower. (Sleeps 2)

The King Guest Suite, also located on the 2nd floor, features walk-in closet, built-in desk & bookcase, television, and private bath. (Sleeps 2)

Bunkroom with wet bar & half bath located on the 3rd floor. The bunk bed sleeps 2 children (not suitable for adults). A day bed with trundle also sleeps 2, which is suitable for adults. This large and roomy bunkroom will definitely be where the family wants to gather for an evening of fun. Watch the family’s favorite TV shows on the Flat Screen, play games at the large coffee table, or simply create lasting memories while laughing, playing and taking in the sensational sunsets and panoramic view of the Gulf on the large sun deck right off of the 3rd floor bunkroom.

The locals refer to the east end of the beach as “the quiet end of the beach”. But not to worry…quiet does not mean boring!

From Bella Casa walk or bike (1/3 mile) to the must-see St. Andrews State Park nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and the Grand Lagoon. St. Andrews Park is the second most visited park in Florida, and is the first park to win the prestigious Awards of being named the “Best State Park in Florida” twice in a row and the “Best Beach in America” by Dr. Beach.

In addition to being the area’s top spot for diving, snorkeling, and surfing, the Park also has an amazing variety of wildlife, from whitetail deer to alligators and even the occasional manatee! Anglers enjoy fishing from the Park’s two fishing piers, the bay-to-gulf fishing jetty, and two boat launches.

Nature lovers will also want to pay a visit to Shell Island for a day of shell collecting and dolphin sightings. The island is home to hundreds of species of plants and wildlife, including endangered sea turtles! From St. Andrews Park, take the shuttle or gather up to 10 people and enjoy the island at your own pace on a pontoon boat!

Very beautiful and a great location.

Great proximity to the beach!

We stayed at Bella Casa in June and couldn't have born happier with the location. The house is so close to the beach! House was very clean and spacious. Chris, the property manager was so great to work with. Couple of things I would improve/update would be the living room furniture, televisions and downstairs mattress and decor. Everything else was great. My teenagers loved the loft area. Overall, highly recommend for the location and property manager. We would definitely reconsider staying here again.

Very nice and spacious for our family of six.

Chris was very helpful with our booking of this property. The house had everything we needed. Could use updated tvs in every room and updated living room furniture but overall was very clean and nice. The master bedroom had comfortable bed and was very large with large bathroom and closet. Mattresses in twin beds were not comfortable but upper floor had other beds for teens to use. The closeness to the ocean was great within walking distance to schooners and beach was perfect (not too crowded). The house was very good for dogs as well. Overall, we loved it and would highly recommend it for large family. Enjoyed schooners, margaritaville and captain andersons

Wonderful place!

We were a little hesitant about staying at first given one of the very negative ratings. However we wanted a place near the ocean and was willing to take a chance. We are so glad we did. The house exceeded our expectations. It was clean and everything looked great. The property manager Chris was super nice and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. We can't say enough about the wonderful time we had and the great memories our family made here.

Comfortable & convientant

The location was perfect, close to beach, easy short walk to beach & great view from deck. The house was quiet & clean, the kitchen adequately furnished. We had 3 families( parents & adult children with small children) and each got a floor for time alone. We would stay again & recommend friends. It was so nice to have own pool for small children & adults. Added plus, the property manager stopped by to check on needs.
