This guest house is adorable, very comfortable and clean, and is in a beautiful neighborhood. Dawn is very friendly and helpful. The house is an easy 15 minute walk to the beach. Convenient location, and a park-like back yard. I spent some time on the deck coloring, enjoying the peaceful setting. I will definitely return, and highly recommend this wonderful little bungalow.
We really enjoyed our stay. The guest house is very private and the owner's backyard was great for sitting outside. The house had almost everything we needed and there is a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. The house is very close to the runways of the Santa Monica airport, so it can be noisy sometimes with small jets taking off, but not enough to be annoying. The only thing that would have made the stay better would have been air conditioning because the guest house got very warm late in the day. During the night, however, we left all the windows open and used the fans, and it cooled off nicely for sleeping. I would definitely recommend this place!!
Offered everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable! Tastefully decorated, all the amenities I could ask for, serenely beautiful gardens and great location to fit my needs! I will certainly book again when I visit L.A. in the future! Thank you, Dawn!
