This open floor plan includes a lounge, kitchen, and dining areas. So, no matter if you are watching tv or cooking in the kitchen, you can have the feeling of togetherness. At the end of the great room,are the sliding glass doors that lead to the covered lanai. The lanai overlooks the pool with the pond behind that. There are no direct neighbors behind the villa and there is privacy on either side of the pool cage.

Back in the house, there are 2 master suites located just off the lounge area. Heading down the main hallway, towards the front of the house, you will discover the 3 additional bedrooms and a 3rd family bathroom. One of the best features of the house is that it is a 1800 square feet, single story home. No stairs to climb after a long day at the parks, and no worries of children playing on or falling off the stairs.
