A completely remodeled one bedroom, one bath suite with direct ocean front views from your triple glass slider and oversized bedroom window! This unit was purchased and completely remodeled in 2014, including all new kitchen (stainless appliances and granite counter tops), bathroom (all new tiled shower and vanity), bedroom (king bed), flooring (amazing wood grain ceramic tile throughout the unit), and amenities (brand new 50' flat screen tv, hd dvr service, wifi). The owners live in this unit several months a year, so it includes everything you will need plus a wide variety of upscale enhancements.

We have only recently listed this unit and are renting beginning in 2015. Because of this, we have very few reviews online. This is not a review, but rather an update on the stairs to the beach written by the unit owner. Many guests inquiring for future dates have asked if the stairs to the beach have been repaired since they were damaged last fall. A brand new set has been installed (actually in December...) and everything is back to working perfectly. Please feel free to continue to book with complete confidence.

It is exactly how it was described. Clean, kitchen well equipped and beautiful views.

Except for no direct access to the beach (due to Mathew), we had no complaints. Close to many attractions and layed back. No heavy traffic or over crowded beaches. Some of the good places to eat were Son on the Beach , Pagallics (sp) next to Son, and Cocoa Beach Pier restuarant. The Green Turtle was a good specialty market with pre-preped food items, wines, bakery and deli. Our goal was to relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean and this condo hit the mark. Would defiantly come back.

Nice unit

This is a clean, well kept unit, and the owners were easy to work with. We'd stay there again if in the area. The stairs to the beach were out during our stay. I was going to the beach alone while my husband worked, and didn't feel completely comfortable walking down the highway to the public access, but the sidewalk was wide, and it wasn't far so it worked out okay. I asked in advance if the beach in front of the building was accessible during high tide, and from the answer I got, I expected it to be but it actually wasn't. The beach to the right of the building was walkable at high tide though. You'd just have to enter/exit from the public access down the road, which is what I was doing anyway. I suppose this could be a seasonal issue. Anyway, we live near (but not on) a beach at home, and we loved listening to the roar of the waves at night. The beach was not busy at all when we were there, and there was an even quieter, undeveloped beach area a little down the road. (Leaving the building, drive right.)

Nice unit in spite of property problems

This unit is quite nice, clean, remodeled, and equipped and suited our needs for a family get-together. We did have some complaints about the property which was beyond the owners responsibility. The stairs to the beach were washed out and there was no access to the beach from the property. We had to walk a ways S. to a small park which had access. There was a sidewalk, but it still was inconvenient and along busy A1A. In addition the property pushes out onto the beach much further than its neighbors, so at high tide its had to get around. The deck is screened, which in some seasons would be [likely] necessary, but it does affect the view. I'd rather there be a screened slider. BUT, windows do open and they were screened, so we could open the unit up. Picky us, the waves are pretty noisy at night so we did have to close the bedroom window to sleep. The ceiling fan helped to keep it cool.....we didn't need the air conditioning.

One final thought, check-out is 10:00 am, unlike the unit my brother had [11:00], and I don't remember reading anything about it in the information from the owner. Two days before we left we were told of the time.

If the stairs were fixed [likely are by now] and keeping in mind the other things, we would likely return.

Amazing property and incredibly helpful owner

This was our second stay at this property and it was wonderful to see it was everything that we remembered it was during our last stay. Everything was properly prepared prior to our arrival. This doesn't feel like a vacation rental property. It's a home that the owner has agreed to share with others. The condo is everything listed in the description and so much more. The owner is extremely responsible to the needs of the renter. Thanks again to Kurt for his flexibility and timely responses to my inquiries. We felt so fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay at this amazing home.
