The dining area seats 6 and overlooks the patio. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with utility room and door to garage. The master bedroom has been furnished with dark wood furniture and has a Queen size roll top bed, with doors leading to the pool area. There is an en-suite bathroom with corner bath, separate shower cubicle, his and hers vanity units, walk-in closet and separate WC. 2nd bedroom has a full bed and double closet. 3rd bedroom has twin beds. There is a further family bathroom with bath/shower. Sliding doors from the main seating area lead to an extremely spacious, fully screened patio area with pool and spa. The rear of the property benefits from having a fantastic view over a lush area of conservation.
