Small holiday apartment in brienz, renovated in 2013, fully equipped, just 7 minutes away on foot from the train station and shops. Private entrance. Two rooms on the ground floor of a chalet, view on the the front garden, the lake and the mountains, on the south side, in a very quiet environment. Living room with sitting area (sofa bed), dining and kitchen area, bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm, small shower room (floor area: 32 m2). Facilities: tv (45 channels), dvd player, radio / cd / cassette, library, parlour games, wifi. Bed linen, bath towels and tea towels provided, as well as bathrobes and slippers. Beds ready upon arrival. Central heating. Parking on the plot.

Access to a finnish sauna and wellness area in a renovated garden house, and to a garden with garden furniture and deck chairs (property area: 620 m2). Table tennis table on the property. Public sports field nearby, sports accessories available - badminton set, beach ball set, family balloon, frisbee. Tennis courts 15 walking minutes away - tennis rackets available.

Apartment for non-smokers, ashtray outside. Perfect for 2 people, can also accommodate a couple with 1-2 children. Pets: small dogs on request.

My wife and I did fell in love with this traditional and beautiful chalet during Summer 2012. We decided to buy it and to rent it, after some rénovations, and are doing this since 2014. We are definitely attached to this property and have spent countless hours in order to prepare it for guests coming from all over the world.

Nos quedamos en esta propiedad y en Brienz una semana.Estuvimos con nuestro hijo de 4 años.El pueblo es encantador y la zona muy bella.La casa esta situada en un entorno precioso,con unas magnificas vistas al lago y a la montaña y dispone de todas las comodidades para una estancia muy agradable.Nuestro hijo disfruto muchisimo del jardin por ejemplo.Ademas Brienz esta desde nuestro punto de vista estrategicamente situado a razonable distancia en coche tanto de la montaña como de ciudades preciosas como Berna o Lucerna.Nos ha encantado y hemos estado muy a gusto.
