The apartment is located in the Eixample, a residential, quiet and safe neighborhood with all the amenities of a cosmopolitan city like Barcelona.

It's in a century nobleman's house on the second floor with elevator.

It is newly renovated and fully equipped to accommodate up to 7 people. It has air conditioning and WIFI.

Consists of:

- Outdoor Master bedroom with small balcony. The bed is 160 cm wide and there is enough for a cot if we are required space.

- Outdoor Double bedroom.

- Single bedroom inside

- Bathroom with shower and bidet.

- Open kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, ... and all necessary kitchenware.

- Nice dining table for six.

- Outdoor Living with double sofa bed and TV 42 '.

WIFI connection throughout the apartment.

The apartment is the perfect base to discover Barcelona. It is in a residential area with all amenities but a ten minute walk from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas.

All around there are bus stops, bicing stop, supermarket, bakery, fruit shops, vegetable stands, ... all kinds of shops, bars and restaurants.

The Market of San Antonio, one of the most prestigious in Barcelona, ​​is a five minute walk.

Directly opposite the building, across the street, is the L1 stop Urgell metro, red line.

And the Aerobus, direct bus to the airport stops just a hundred yards away.

We supply sheets and towels.

It is a no-smoking apartment.

Great centralized location with everything you need.

Great location! Walking distance to everything, but keep in mind, I really enjoy walking!

Ana corresponded with me in advance and provided great advise on how to get to the flat. Upon arrival, I was met on time with great instructions and a lot of information for tourists.

WiFi worked, but only so-so....

Fabulous location, nice apartment

My daughters and I spent five days exploring Barcelona and this apartment was very centrally located to all the sites. We were able to walk everywhere and explore the city. It was a comfortable apartment and had all the comforts of home. The beds and linens were of good quality and apartment was very clean. It is situated on a quaint street with many shops, restaurants and locals. I would highly recommend for a stay in Barcelona and will absolutely rebook for my next visit.

Spacious apartment advantageously situated

Very nice place to stay with the basics requirements and then some. Close to metro. Good kitchen and enough room for 6 people. Only drawback is sounds from the street and from the neighbouring apartments.

Perfect!

We had a wonderful experience in Barcelona and a big part of it was this apartment. The location is excellent. Everything is in walking distance- metro, bus and taxi, various shops and restaurants. 15 minutes of slow pace and admiring architecture to Catalonia plaza and Ramblas.

The apartment is clean and has everything we needed for 3 adults and 3 children. The kids loved the fact that they can step into the elevator right out of the apartment main room.

Comfortable beds, washing machine was a huge help (although it's quite small). The owners left us a bag of ice in the freezer and I am so grateful- it helped the kids to adjust from the ice cold drinks they are used to in the US.

The owners communicated well with us, before we came and later, as my husband had a mix up with his ticket and asked to stay one more night. They were very accommodating and gracious.

Great apartment in a central location

This was an excellent 3 bedroomed apartment in a great location, close to all of Barcelona's main attractions. We stayed for 3 nights in August ie 2 adults and 4 teenagers. We all loved the apartment which really enhanced our Barcelona experience. We were met promptly at the apartment on our arrival (although we changed the arrival time earlier that morning), it was spanking clean and the aircon had already been turned on.

It has all the mod cons including a large LCD TV, a modern & functional kitchen, a dishwasher and the apt. had plenty of natural daylight. As a further bonus, the owner left out directions for all of Barcelona's main attractions with copies for us to take away. There are about 10 grocery shops within a 100 metre radius and the nearest metro station (Urgell) is 50 metres away. Furthermore the Camp Nou is just 25 mins away on the Metro (we went to a game) and Place Catalunya is less than 10 mins away.

This is a wonderful apt. which we cannot recommend highly enough. It's probably the nicest apartment we've stayed in during a city break anywhere in Europe.
