Built in 2007, this upscale home is perfect for traveling families or business teams looking for an updated, comfortable place to stay that is both larger and more affordable than comparable hotel space.

Unlike many homes in Northern California, this home does have air conditioning. (Better check with other properties you are considering.)

The Neighborhood

This fabulous 3 bedroom executive home is in the heart of Silicon Valley. Nestled in a residential neighborhood, you are near tech giants Google, Symantec, Intuit, and NASA. Of course, start-up companies are all around the area with the famous Hacker Dojo just blocks away. Short drives (under 20 min) to Apple, Stanford, Facebook, Tesla.

Getting around

Convenient to CalTrain (1.5 mi), bus lines and easy access to highways 101 and 85. You are just 1.5 miles from Downtown Mountain View, full of great restaurants, hopping nightlife and world-class performing arts center.

The following serves as an addendum to the reservation and rental agreement entered into between the parties via HomeAway/VRBO and its affiliate sites.

House Rules & Booking Policies - For complete rules and details, see Renter's Guide, which is emailed 4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Guests are responsible for thoroughly reading the guide prior to their stay, and adhering to policies outlined therein during their stay.

* No pets. No smoking. No parties/events. Some common sense rules include but are not limited to 1) Guests are responsible for following garbage protocol and taking out their own trash 2) Garage openers, passes, pool keys etc. (if applicable) must stay at the property (fees for removal apply).

* Quiet hours 10pm-8am

* Please remove your shoes inside the home.

* We expect the home to be kept up during your stay (i.e. spills wiped up, garbage and recycling taken out and put in the proper bins). Shoes should be removed when inside the home. In the event the cleaners indicate that the home has been neglected or damage is occurring from lack of care, we will require weekly cleanings at guest’s expense. If such is discovered upon checkout, additional fees will apply.

* Reservation Changes: For moves of the same duration, there is no change fee if we receive your request more than 30 days prior to arrival. Within 30 days, a $200 change fee applies. Guests are responsible for any price increase for the new nights. Cancellation fees may apply for moves more than 30 days from original arrival date. Only one change will be accepted without cancellation fees.

* Reservation may not be resold or sublet. Only the persons/group identified at the time of booking are allowed to stay at the property.

* Stays of 3 weeks or more require professional cleanings every 2 weeks. There is an additional $150 charge per cleaning.

* Bookings of 30 days or more and not subject to tax fee. Please disregard the tax fee on quotes longer than 30 nights.

* Renter must be age 25 or older. No one under the age of 25 is permitted to be at the property without a 25-or-older guest also present. Renter may be required to sign a separate rental agreement with the property manager upon booking.

Great location, comfortable, clean executive rental

Great House!

Robert is always great to work with and his houses are always nicely furnished with all the little things you need. This house was no different. Beds were super comfortable and it was so nice that it had 3.5 baths so non of us had to share a bath :) Furnished very nice and even had some coffee and filters which was nice since we got in late and didn't have time to go to the store. Will definitely stay at this house or any other of Serenity's rental properties!

Quiet neighborhood in Mountain View, and very convenient

We spent most of our time in the kitchen and family/TV area and it was very comfortable. The ventilation in the bedrooms was great and we slept very well. Only area that needed improvement was lighting in the front room and dining room. Space works very well for two couples and the 2 car garage was more than adequate. We would stay again and readily recommend.

TEN STAR PROPERTY!

Everything from arranging our stay with Robert through checking out at the end was FLAWLESS! We had a group of 6 in town to help me go wedding dress shopping and this house was comfortable, convenient and so tasteful. Everything we needed to cook our meals was in a fresh and well organized kitchen, and the quality of the furniture, sheets, blankets and towels was great. If you are going to have 6 women in one house, you want a place like this for all the bathrooms! THe location was great, and there was plenty of street parking as well. We will definitely be booking here again for future wedding planning activities. Thank you Robert!
