This Lakeview Deluxe Condo sleeps 8 persons and with 2,001 sq.ft, this 3 bedroom & 2 full bathrooms are professionally and tastefully decorated with nice accessories threw out the home. Everything is new and it is completely spotless and fully equipped with all cooking utensils, linens and towels being top quality brands.

Bedrooms: Beautifully and newly furnished, this open floor plan home is tastefully designed with a Master Bedroom hosting a king-sized bed with all new bedding and a bathroom en suite.

The second master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, and the third bedroom has 2 full-sized beds.
All bedrooms have new flat-panel HDTVs. This impressive Condo sleeps a total of 8 guests in beds as well as it offers a Covered Lanai facing the lake to enjoy a great view and watch the fireworks from Sea World.

Living, Dining: The Huge and Relaxing living area is all new as well. It boasts a 2 piece modern sectional sofa, a 50-inch flat-panel HDTV, and free wireless internet in all the rooms.
There is a beautiful and tastefully appointed Dining Room table with chairs to seat 8 plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar.

Kitchen: Don't feel like going out, no problem! Entertaining and cooking is a pleasure in this fully and newly furnished modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. With the open kitchen, the cook never misses out on any of the conversations and is able to share private time together with Friends and Family.

Other Condo amenities include: washer, dryer, towels, linens, coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen, and all gourmet utensils to prepare a great meal; an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and much more.

The community is located on Beautiful Lake Cay, next to the Convention Center and only a short distance from Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, SeaWorld Adventure Park, and the newest park, Aquatica. Vista Cay is located just off Universal Boulevard and is at the center of some of Orlando's greatest experiences.

Vista Cay is ideal for the family wanting to be close to all the Excitement of International Drive and the Attractions, couples getting away for a while or for the Business Traveler in town for a meeting or attending the Orlando Convention Center.

November holiday

We rented three condos at Vista Cau for our family gathering. This condo was very beautifully designed with an amazing presentation. The views of the lake are wonderful and it's a short walk to the pool area. The location is super convenient to grocery shop and dining. I loved the attention to detail, and would stay here again!!

Well appointed and close to Convention Center

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Highlights: close to the Convention Center (walking distance), great view of the lake (a lot of birds to watch) and Sea World fireworks nightly, easy parking, close to amusement parks, nice furniture and tons of space. Could use improvement: towels were wet and in dryer upon arrival, not all bathrooms completely clean but 90% of condo was in very clean condition, they should recycle in Vista Cay, pool was very crowded and bouncers will ask you to leave if you bring in your own drinks. However, we will consider staying here again.
