With large, airy rooms and frescoed walls, it is an enchanting example of the summer residences built by the noble families of Lucca in centuries past to escape the heat and noise of the city. Furnished with antiques and with minimal changes to the original building, the villa will charm aesthetes and culture enthusiasts alike.
The property is set within a large stone-walled garden, typical of the region, which hosts centuries-old trees and several water points and possibilities for al fresco dining and relaxing. Built on several plateaus, all with their distinctive atmosphere, the gardens create wonder and excitement at every turn, providing both intimate spaces and large lawns of lush green grass. The alleys, dotted with lemon trees, lavender and local herbs contribute to create a priceless out-of-time feeling.
