The rental was as advertised. Very clean and Rosa was helpful. It is fresh and new looking. The master suite is exceptional. We liked that the pool had a safety fence for our two year old. There was only one TV.

The house is a true three bedroom not four. The lady who gave us the key was very nice but coud not speak good English . The house needs to have several small changes to make a lot better place. No tv channel guide ,no garage door opener, no information on what's available in the area ,no road map of the area ,cheap shower heads in very nice showers , no working smoke alarms on landscaping on a very nice house , if these things were addressed it would make a good stay to a great stay.

Owner's Response: We sincerely thank you for providing your feedback regarding your stay! And are happy to hear that overall it was a good experience. The 4th bedroom is small with no closet or dresser - it is primarily a retreat space for sleeping with 1 twin day bed. We will take this opportunity to clarify this further in the listing for future travelers! In the near future the owner plans to make upgrades to the shower heads and to the landscaping seen the photos. There will also be information on activities in the surrounding area provided in the kitchen. The garage is not listed as an amenity and unfortunately is not available for use. There are working smoking alarms wired to the property. We hope for the opportunity to assist you in your future travels! -The Evolve Team
