Great view, but not what I was expecting

I had originally booked a different property, only to be put into this apartment without any notice. I was told I was given an 'upgrade'. While the view from the terrace is amazing (that's the only reason this got 3 stars), the place needs a deep cleaning, bed needs fixing (support slats seem to fall out causing the mattress to sag). With a little touch of cleaning and replacing the New England sand grass photos with something a little more, Praguish...it could be great.

Quiet, spotlessly clean, spacious, excellent location.

Straightforward booking, Martin is best contacted by phone, really helpful and polite, I will recommend to friends and family. Would benefit from a cafetière and extra towels (two per occupant is nice to have but one each was fine). A little café selling coffee, croissants, sandwiches and cakes is just next door so easy for breakfast on the run.

Great location and price.

Perfect location and price for 6 persons , close to Prague attractions, metro, dining, and supermarket. Building has a lift, which is a plus. Airport pick up was great. My only criticism is the kitchen contains no basic supplies like oil, salt, pepper, and paper towels, etc. Hate to have to buy these types of staples for a short stay.

Great apartment right in Old Town, but small issues

Great apartment right in Old Town area of Prague. You cannot beat this location. Pick up from airport and check in was a breeze. It stays three bedrooms, but third is an office area with a divider door to living room but door has small windows with no curtains so no privacy.

There were some small issues. Washer/dryer not functioning correctly, an outlet in kitchen had pulled out of wall, very dangerous 220V exposed, showers only allowed 5 min hot water and master toilet had running water issue. But, these were small issues that I did notify owner if but not until close to end of stay so I was not able to see if fixed or not.

We were refunded security deposit promptly. Not much directions for washer/dryer, etc but we downloaded manuals online.

Also, not much direction for restaurants, supermarket locations, etc but we figured it out. WiFi worked well. There is a lift to floor above then one small flight of stairs down to apartment.

Area was very safe and in an excellent location for walking city streets.

If not for small issues, would have been 5/5. Still great, and would probably stay again. Apartment had a lot of space!

Supreme Location and Spacious Convenience

Stayed Feb/Mar 2017. This property is located within a few minutes walk of the main old town square, dozens of restaurants, exhibitions, concerts, and shopping. Our party of 4 enjoyed the roomy conveniences provided by the apartment. The manager and drivers were easy to communicate with and provided tips on visiting Prague. Highly recommended.

Prague 3 bedroom Residence

Fabulous location and wonderful apartment. Highly recommended. 3 minute walk to main square. Two adults and two teenagers stayed here. Lots of room. Very safe, clean and secure location. Martin picked us up from airport and drove us back 6 days later. If you want the best location in Prague, this is the place. Would definitely stay again
