Two Story 2 Bedrooms 1 1/2 Baths, Direct Ocean Front, Two Balconies, 1 Car Garage, The garage is a real garage NOT a space in a parking garage. Hi Speed Wireless Internet. Big Screen TV. Fully furnished with new furniture, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, reverse osmosis water filter system, ceiling fans, tile and carpet. New Full size High Efficiency Washer & Dryer inside. King size bed with pillow top mattress in MB. Queen bed in 2nd bedroom. . Walk in closet in MB. Small friendly condominium complex only 12 units total. Looks like a townhouse. Quiet area of the beach.

It is equipped with Sofa, Love Seat, Lounge Chair, Dinette Set, full size desk, appliances, 50” Big Screen TV, 25” TV, VCR, DVD Player, Surround Sound Stereo, Exercise equipment including weights, all in one gym and more. Board games, cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, glasses, pillows, bedspreads, sheets, two blow up beds (if needed), massage table, towels, 2 bicycles, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas etc..

What makes this condo unique

The complex is small, only 12 units so its not usually busy with people. You don't have everyone coming and going like large buildings. No big buildings with elevators and long hallways that you have to drag all your groceries and things up. Each unit has a front door, so you just walk right in only a few feet from parking.

You can walk to the pier restaurant (directly on the ocean) from the beach, only about a 5 minute walk The food is pretty good too!

Very clean, great view right on the beach!

I had a great two months there. Mr. Vega was very nice and helpful. The condo was exceptionally clean which is very important to me! Nicely furnished with washer and dryer.

Everything I needed and more. Will definately stay there again!!! Thank you!!!

We just returned from spending the month of March in this condo right on the beach. This is an amazing location to spend vacation time. Close enough to Daytona Beach to enjoy Bike Week, shopping, etc, and located in a quiet low traffic location to relax. We were treated like family by our host, Charley Vega, and the other residents in the condo complex....great neighbours. There are only 12 units so it's a very friendly building. Well decorated and supplied and has "that million dollar view". You can't get any better in our view. Going back??? You bet!!!..We're booked for next year.

Wonderful Location!

Charley was a wonderful person to work with, very accommodating. All was as expected; clean, adequate and wonderful neighbors. Sitting on the deck was one of our favorite spots. Location was central to many of the activities we enjoyed...speedway, St Augustine, Universal, etc. We surely hope to visit Daytona Beach Shores again.

Great townhouse right on the beach!

We had a great time staying at Charley's townhouse. Charley was always in contact and very helpful. It was clean, bright and well stocked with everything we needed for our time at the beach. Just steps to the sand and close to shopping, food and nightlife. We enjoyed going down to Ponce Inlet only a few miles away and enjoying a little more laid back part of Daytona. We would definitely stay again

AMAZING Two Story Oceanfrot Condo w/ 1 Car Garage!

The condo was cozy, clean and very well maintained, beautiful location. Being right on the beach is always an incredible experience with easy access to the highways, restaurants and many local attractions. Charley and his wife are amazing individuals, accessible anytime and really caring. Will definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to our friends.
