We loved staying at this house. Its right at the beach in a residential neighborhood. There is no major street to cross to get to the beach. Its just on the other side of a quiet residential street. Its very quiet and tranquil yet only a few blocks from an endless number of restaurants and everything else you would want from civilization.
The house is beautiful. Its a nice contemporary home very well appointed with high-end touches throughout. The pool is heated to the temperature perfect for day and night.
Hospitality is first rate. The owner and property manager are great and very caring about guests enjoyment of their stay. Beyond being pet-friendly, they were actually warmly welcoming of our dog who is part of the family.
Everything about our stay was first rate. You won't be dissapointed if you stay here.

Perfect for small families!
This is our second year at 2925 and there were no surprises except the awesome new landscape lighting that was installed which adds a nice ambience to the backyard, with Buddha reflection in the pool. This property is extremely well maintained by Curtis, the owner, and Kathy, the manager. Both a very responsive to questions and problems. Linens are plush and plentiful. And the location can't be beat with 60 second access to the beach, and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Only negative is the low furniture is not very comfortable and it was difficult for some of our older guests to get up from. And it would be nice to have the outdoor speakers play cable music or Bluetooth playlists instead of just commercial radio. Otherwise awesome place!
Poor communication. House and pool were great.
Made mistake of requesting early check in, but owner never informed housekeeper? Home
not prepared, housekeeper not expecting renters and we were locked out with food and
dogs upon arrival. Stuff happens, but it was too hot to wait outside in Florida at noontime
to help stay out of housekeeper's way. We had no car to
leave and it made first day frustrating when cleaning still going 90 minutes later by only
one person. Have had defensive emails from owner, with wine basket.
As frequent VRBO user, communication issue would be reason not to rebook.
I hope the readers out there would wonder why in three years we have had nothing but 5 STAR reviews, and then suddenly this one.
These are all malicious lies told because I refused to give a discount for the guests "inconvenience" upon check in.
This after she was already staying at a 30% discounted rate from our normal posted rate.
A couple of things;
1. Guest changed her reservation to start a day earlier, but explained to me that she was only doing so to get the weekly rate (cheaper), but was not intending on actually showing up until the following day.
2. My guest ALWAYS arrange their check in directly with the property manager, not me. She texted the original date as her check in... not the earlier date. We have copies of the text!!
3. Guest also requested an earlier check in of 11:00am instead of our normal 4:00pm. And yes... the master bed still had to be made and there were a few bottled waters and condiments in the fridge... that sometimes happens when you arrive a day and a half earlier that you said you would.
4. Guest was not locked out. Although she did arrive unexpectedly, there is a lock-box on the premises, and she was allowed access to a key immediately.
5. The whole process of finalizing the home for our unexpected visitor was less than an hour, and there was no reason for her to have waited outside... if she did in fact do so.
6. The only defensive response I would have had was to deny her repeated requests for a further discount.
7. My biggest problem with this guest is the she belittled my caretaker and property manager. I am not going to go into the whole story, but it was not nice!! That upset me deeply, and I let the guest know so... I am guessing she did not like being called out on that.
Finally, the guest apparently tries to add credibility to her story by stating that she is a frequent user, but I looked up her profile here, and it says that I am the only place she has stayed.
Poor communication a reason not to book?? Yes, with her, as she is the one who has poor communication, and I have the texts to prove it.
It is my opinion that this was all possibly perpetrated in hopes of a discount...
Best vacation ever
Beautiful home, pool, and location! Curtis and Kathy were friendly and very professional. We had the best time ever in this well appointed, clean, relaxing well maintained home.
Awesome vacation property
We rented the property for a family vacation and loved it (again). We had rented the property two years ago and were looking forward to going back. The proximity to the beach and to the little Vista park is a huge plus; the property had everything we needed and was our home away from home for a week; Kathy, the property manager, was incredibly helpful at our check in and check out as well. Thank you Curtis for letting us stay at your property.

Very nice home. Nice fenced in back yard. Nice pool. Nice location. Nice people to deal with as well. Curtis and Kathy are real people and very easy to deal with from the early on booking part to the actual stay. Cant ask for anything more in renting a home. Thanks a million....

We now have city bike rentals, and a hub is just 1 block from the house!!
This wonderful home is located walking distance from many activities, restaurants, clubs and shopping. Grab a car if you like, but you won't have to go far no matter what you are looking for.
