Nestled into a quiet cul-de-sac and across a path to the slopes, this seven-bedroom eight and a half bathroom luxury vacation rental is a spectacular place to stay while enjoying Breckenridge. Walking through the grand entryway exudes a feeling of warmth and mountain elegance. The massive rock fireplace and expansive cathedral ceilings give you an open floor plan living space that breathes luxury.
The kitchen is fully outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances and everything you need to prepare a meal for large groups. Appliances include a gas stove with six burners, three ovens, two dishwashers, full sized refrigerator and freezer, second refrigerator in the garage, two sinks, an ice maker, a microwave, and a gas fireplace. While the breakfast bar and table accommodate seating for fourteen, a formal dining room off of the kitchen seats an additional ten people.
Attached to the kitchen you will find the great room complete with cathedral ceilings, plush and comfortable sofas, floor-to-ceiling windows, a large gas fireplace, and a flat panel television. An executive office furnished with two twin sleeper sofas offers additional sleeping and a private place to work remotely.
A full size laundry room off of the two car garage entrance completes this floor.
To enjoy the ultimate relaxation walk out to the large, private, outdoor hot tub on the deck just off of the kitchen area. Out here you will also find a large, gas BBQ grill and plenty of outdoor seating.
The sense of privacy offered by the layout of this house makes it ideal for large groups. Situated on two separate wings, the seven bedrooms each have their own attached bathroom and every bedroom/bathroom combination is certain to impress. On the west side of the home, you will find four master bedrooms outfitted with king-sized beds, attached patios, and walk-in-closets. Three of these four bedrooms offers a fireplace. Up the stairs you will find a fifth bedroom offering two sets of bunk beds, an attached bath, and walk-in closet. Each of the bedrooms provides enough space and privacy for a group to spread out after a long day of activities.
The east wing of the chalet is devoted entirely to the master suite. With a luxurious king bed, large walk-in-closet, fireplace, flat panel television, and an elegant bathroom, you are certain to relax and enjoy your vacation in this bedroom.
Outside of the master suite, you will find a lounge with an array of comfortable sofas and a flat panel television complete with an X BOX 360. One of the sofas pulls out into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping accommodations.
This property also offers a private carriage house suite off of the garage area with a separate entrance, kitchen, living area, bedroom, extra pullout queen-sized sofa, flat panel television, fireplace, and full bathroom. This space is perfect for those wishing for a little more privacy or a family with small children.
Downstairs, you will be greeted by a large recreation room complete with a billiards table, wet bar, additional sleeping, and a full bathroom. Enjoy watching the game on the 50-inch flat panel television, while shooting pool and relaxing with your group.
Just off of the billiard space, enjoy movies and ski videos in the private theater room which boasts an enormous movie screen, stadium seating, electric blinds, a top-of-the-line sound system, and dozens of movies.

You won't find a better place to stay in all of Breckenridge. This house has it all - ski-in-ski-out, hot tub, movie theater, pool table, state-of-the-art amenities, heated floors and garages, amazing views, and more. I've stayed here a couple times and I can't recommend this place highly enough. The hardest part about staying here is that you never want to leave!
This lodge is the picturesque destination for any mountain vacation. It has the perfect combination of elegant decoration with a cozy, homey atmosphere. The spacious living rooms, bedrooms, and kitchen areas provide comfortable places to fit lots of people. The multiple nooks throughout the house are unique and cozy, not to mention the private movie theater downstairs.
We visited with a large group in the winter and enjoyed ski-in-ski-out access, efficient equipment storage, lots of space for entertaining, and starry nights from the hot tub. This space was ideal for our group to spend time together comfortably eating, playing games, resting and relaxing!
The Lodge at Snowy Point is truly little slice of heaven right in Breckenridge.
This home is legitimately the greatest Breckenridge home of all time. Having stayed numerous times at many fine establishments through Colorado - I can say with the utmost confidence and authority that the Lodge at Snowy Point is a brand above the rest.
Sweeping views, posh hot tub, ski-in-ski-out, pool, theater... I could go on, but what more can a man ask for? And all at a truly phenomenal value.

Lodge at Snowy Point was the highlight of my Breckenridge trip this year - beautiful home that brought everyone together for an unforgettable vacation. Offered everything we needed and more. Wish I could stay all year...
Gorgeous home and surroundings. Totally beats out a hotel for a group of friends/family wanting to get together without hassle. Plenty of space for group activities (love chatting by the huge windows and fireplace in the living room), but the rooms are spread out enough for everyone to have their own space. We loved cooking in the luxury kitchen as well. Everything is pristine and well kept. Also loved the Cool River Cafe (just rode the gondola downtown!! walking distance from the house) with the lemon cranberry muffins and award-winning chili. Ahhhh--now I want to go back! :)
This home is absolutely beautiful and accommodating. Very spacious. I really loved having the kitchen at the heart of the home near the living room so everyone could cook and hang out at the same time. Would highly recommend this home!
The Lodge at Snowy Point is located between town and the base of Peak 8. Peak 8 is the best place to begin your day at Breckenridge. The home is less than a half mile from the base. To ski out, you will cross the road in front of the home. There is a trail from that point. You can put on your skis or snowboard at this point and ski about 200 yards to the 4 O'Clock Ski Run (A Green Run). From here, you can ski right at the fork and cross a snow packed bridge which will take you to the Snowflake Lift. The Snowflake Lift will take you past the base of the ski area and to all of the intermediate and expert terrain on the mountain.
To ski in, take the 4 O'Clock Run from anywhere on Peak 8. Ski down to the turn onto the path where you started. From here you can ski the 200 yards on the path back to the house.
It is also easy to walk to town via the 4 O'Clock Ski Run. The walk up is a little more strenuous.
Alternatively, there is a shuttle stop about 5-10 minute walk from the house on Ski Hill Drive. The shuttle comes by every 15 minutes and will either take you to the base of Peak 8 or to town, depending on which side of the road you are standing.
You will really enjoy the location of this home and all that it has to offer.
