Beautiful new apartment with three bedrooms in the center of Barcelona. With air conditioning and WIFI. Right in front of the metro stop and surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets, ... and all kinds of shops.
It is in the Eixample , beside the Plaza Universidad and the beatiful Sant Antonio Market . The location is perfect : if you like to walk is 10 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. If you prefer public transportation, opposite the building there Urgell Metro Station , line 1, red .
The Aerobus to the airport also stops right outside .
The apartment is a thrid floor with a big elevator. Completely outside with lots of light . It consists of two double rooms with double bed, one single bedroom, a kitchen open to a spacious living room. It has a bathroom with shower.
In total can sleep 5 people.
It has air conditioning and free WIFI throughout the apartment .

The last day we will go to the apartment to pick up the keys and say goodbye .
The apartment location is perfect, close to everything but away from the bustle of the La Rambla. The apartment is located in the center of Barcelona, in the Eixample . Just a 10 minute walk from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas.
It is a residential area of Barcelona, well connected and with all amenities. Around the house is easily found : bakeries , supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers, vegetable stands , banks , ATMs , press, bars, restaurants, ... and the large and typical market of Sant Antonio. If you prefer to walk, the apartment is also perfectly located .
This area of the city is easy to go around and 'friendly' .
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
In it you will find sheets and towels.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ana's place. We were a large group, 3 adults and 3 children and the apartment served us well. The location is ideal whether you wish to walk or use public transportation. I particularly appreciated the responsiveness of our hosts. Our messages were always responded to on the same day and usually within an hour or two. The apartment is as it appears in the photos: modern, clean and well maintained. It is a little spartan inside and therefore somewhat echoey - or perhaps our children are just loud and therefore it felt this way. But we rarely heard noise from our neighbours. We appreciated the high chair and crib that they loaned us and the box of toys too (my son in particular!) The place is very secure as well; a key operated elevator brings you directly into the unit and there are metal shutters that can be closed if desired - though we left them open during the day. The Escriba bakery below is delicious and a wonderful place for breads, pastries and cakes. My children also appreciated the Playmobile and stationary stores nearby. There is a grocery store on the corner and produce shop too. If you plan to make your own meals, the kitchen is quite well-equipped, though we felt that there were a few items that would have been useful. If we ever manage to return to beautiful Barcelona, we will stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family. P.S. the bottle of Cava is a nice touch and we enjoyed on my husband's 40th birthday!
Incredibly well located and connected to all interesting areas in Barcelona. Nice and comfortable apartment with all you need for a great stay in Barcelona. I will for sure repeat the experience in a near future. Great to share with family. Store, restaurants, subway and bus just steps away. Attractions just few blocks from location. Everything was perfect! Loved it!
The apartment was well-equipped and had all the necessary facilities. But to be frank, I found the conditions in the bedrooms very cramped. There was no space to be able to walk around the beds. This was clearly a problem for previous occupants as there were significant scrape marks along the walls of both larger bedrooms.
Also, and of greater concern, I found the state of cleanliness to be poor. There was mould around the base of the shower screens and the air conditioning vent was grimy and covered in dust.
The apartment was just as advertised on VRBO. Four adults were very comfortable in this space and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and we were in walking distance of the metro and main touristy areas. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who's looking for a nice place to stay in Barcelona.
Ana took good care of us, having an agent meet us there. The flat was pretty and well appointed. Complimentary champagne in the fridge. There is a market steps away, and a metro station acrosss the street. The streets stay noisy at night, as the flat is in an urban area, like all of Eixample.
This rental was all we could have asked for for our stay in Barcelona! One block from the airport bus stop and across the street from the metro! The apartment was clean and bright and had everything we needed for our stay...thank you Ana...I will recommend this to my friends!
