Fantastic location: 4-min bike (or 15-min walk) to Marco’s beautiful white-sand beach, 3-min walk to shops and restaurants (Joey's Pizza, NeNe, Fin Bistro etc.), 8-min walk to Winn-Dixie supermarket for Grocery, fresh Bakery, Deli, Meat, Seafood, Pharmacy, General Produce and Liquor. Located only one block from s. Collier blvd.

Our home has beautiful water views from dinning area, living room, master bedroom and one of the two guest bedrooms and 1,900 square feet of indoor living space with a bright, and a large screened lanai that offers complete privacy to the heated pool and spa with southern exposure.

Some of the features included are standard-sized pool (billiard) table, double sinks and walk-in closet in the master bathroom, Plug-N-Play spa (5 seating positions, 18 jets), high-powered pool heater, and 2 staircases access to the dock. The kitchen is spacious with stainless steel appliances and 4-seating countertop bar to allow your family more space to cook and enjoy preparing food together.

The house includes cable, Wi-Fi Internet, and DVD player, one 55" TV in the family room and three 32" flat screen TVs in each bedroom, leather sleeper-sofa and two recliners, allowing for plenty of fun, family memories. We have 5 bikes (with helmets), 6 beach chairs, a beach trolley, beach umbrella, 2 tennis rackets, a wheeled cooler, pool toys, 4 poolside chaise lounges, outdoor grill, etc.

You also can enjoy the convenience of having a private water access dock to tie up the boat you may rent from marina on the island for fishing or cruise the inland waterways into the Everglades, up to Naples or to picnic on the gulf beaches.

Just relax, sit back, and enjoy the sun, spa, and heated pool at the lanai!

We have been coming to Marco Island every year since 2009. We love the place so much that we plan to retire here by purchasing this beautiful Southern exposure waterfront home with a quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful, clean, and great area in Marco Island

The house was beautiful and very clean. We really enjoyed the location of the house on a nice, quiet dead-end street. To our surprise, everything we could have possible needed was provided. We greatly appreciated that from you and your family. We made every effort to leave it in the same condition as we found it.

Beautiful vacation home

Our family rented this lovely rental home for our week long vacation on Marco Island. We had eight people and the house had plenty of room for us. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and canal. It is located in a great spot close to the grocery store, restaurants and the beach. They have six bikes which we used every day to ride to the beach. I would highly recommend this home as your next vacation spot. The home owner made the process of renting this home very easy. We totally loved our time at this property.

All in all an awesome place

This has been by far the best house for us.

We liked the quality of the furniture and the spacious room layout.

It was great to have all the beachstuff and bicycles even for the kids (5Y).

The pool was large enough and well-maintained.

Wonderful property in a great location!

Excellent location in a really quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to beach and supermarket. Great dining within a short walk. House is in great condition with pool and hot tube. Owners were really nice and there was a lot of attention to detail. Would strongly recommend.

Home for the Holidays!

We rented this home as an overflow property at the holidays since my in-laws place is only a 2 bedroom and all of us were in town for the holidays. It was perfect! In fact, we found that we preferred spending time in Marco Island than Naples! They have catered this home to families...we could bring our dogs, they had bikes to use, beach chairs, coolers and add that to the beautiful home, pool and hot tub and we were in paradise! The home and ground were spotless. We were so close to everything! Restaurants, Beach, Farmers Market, Shopping were a quick walk or bike ride away!
