This beautiful new Carriage House is located in Prestigious Fresh Pond Estates. It sits tucked away in the woods off the main roads, Plenty of privacy in a quiet neighborhood. Yet has easy access to beaches, bike paths and town, Fresh water pond in your back yard. (2 two person kayaks available plus 2 single kayaks for your use, with life jackets). (THEY EACH SEAT 2 PEOPLE) Fresh water swimming offers calm waters which makes it great for the kids.

We sanitize the entire place in-between each tenant. We wash all comforters each time someone new comes in, we bleach all surfaces and alcohol all door handles, toilet, air out the place for 24 hrs...

Simple + Perfect = Simply Perfect Stay

This house was ideal for our needs and family. The location is close to both OB and Edgartown, which we found very convenient. A 7 min ride to our favorite beach, State Beach. The host went above and beyond with responsiveness and attentiveness (when we needed her). The property is very clean, cozy, and even has a closet full of toys! This was a lovely and very helpful surprise. We’ll be back!

Great Time

We had a lovely time at the home. The hosts were lovely and gracious. The property is very clean and comfortable. There were very nice touches like a welcome bottle of wine and snacks. The private patio and access to the pond was also quite nice.

Birthday on the Vineyard

Brenda is the ultimate host. She went out of her way to decorate in celebration of my birthday, left excellent instructions on how to access the bikes and Kayaks, and invited us to her private pool and fireworks party. The carriage house is spacious, clean and conveniently located to everything!

Great place!

Clean, responsive owners. Outdoor shower wasnt working on arrival but they had a plumber come out to fix it the next day. Would definitely stay again

We work hard my husband has a landscaping company and I have been cooking for over 20 years here on MV ..We love Fresh Pond and all its serenity it offers and we are blessed to share it with you.
