Located in a quiet residential area close to the Sunglow Pier, nestled between the Atlantic surf and Halifax River, our beach side, end unit townhouse offers 2 master bedrooms each with a 4-pc bath.

The comfy Living Room offers a flat screen 43" Smart TV (HDMI cable for access to your personal online streaming subscription), antenna TV with many stations, books, games, Wi-Fi and a double futon for additional guests. Included are two beach cruising bikes to enjoy both the drive and no drive beach.

The townhouse comes equipped with convenient laundry facilities including new high efficiency, front loading washer & dryer. A handy powder room on the first floor, complete with high efficiency toilet, offers additional convenience.

A fully outfitted kitchen with full size stove with oven, toaster oven, refrigerator with ice cube dispenser, coffee machine & dishwasher makes cooking at home easy and enjoyable. It includes pots, pans, dishes, cookware, cutlery, utensils and linens

The upstairs master bedroom features a South facing Juliet balcony to enjoy the refreshing Atlantic breeze as well as it's own 24" TV with several antenna stations (HDMI cable for access to your personal online streaming subscription) and offers a fully updated en-suite bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. The newly designed second master bedroom offers ample closet space and the en-suite bathroom features an updated design, spacious walk-in shower and high efficiency toilet.

The south-facing patio features lots of lounging space and a charcoal BBQ for delicious seaside cuisine to enjoy the warm Atlantic breeze.

I am writing to you today to thank you for letting our family rent your wonderful place in Daytona Beach Shores.

The two weeks we spent there this summer was the highlight of the year for our family.

Our two youngest are still talking about the nights we went crab hunting!

In the past we use to go up north. I doubt after this experience we would ever go up north again as its way to cold the last few years to even be enjoyable.

At least in Florida we all got tanned and spent every day in the ocean!

The welcome package about your place was excellent, thanks for keeping it all in order.

We found everything as it was mentioned. The place was clean, tidy, and decorated nicely.

The fact that the place was within walking distance to the beach was a bonus.

We went to Crabby Joe's a few times for lunch, they have the best wings there…yummy!

It was nice to be away from the main strip as we went one day to Daytona beach proper and it was packed, we barely could get a spot on the beach.

Thankfully we all realized that the beach at the Shores was enough off the beaten path that we didn’t have to worry about that for the rest of the time.

Alas, it was too short, wish we spent another week or two, but had to come back for a wedding and the annual family picnic.

We will definitely be back and will let you know once we solidify our plans for next summer.

Great Vacation

My wife and I enjoyed our winter get away. The property was clean, and well maintained, and we would recommend it to our friends. The bicycles provided were fun to ride on the beach. The beach & ocean just a short walk away were wonderful. We caught fish off the pier which has a restaurant with good food, and is close by. For a small fee you can fish with your own or rented poles etc. with no fishing license required. We played golf at several courses, but were fond of the 13 hole par 3 course very close by. We visited St. Augustine, Daytona Beach Speedway, The Golf Hall of Fame, Ponce de Leon Lighthouse, and Museum, and Canaveral National Seashore.
