A true pearl of a home, this bright duplex is decorated and equipped for the true connoisseur. Its strategic location allows you to enjoy the best of Seville at your doorstep.

This three bedroom property is a real delight to the senses; bright but cosy, modern but in a classic way, equipped to the very last detail with everything a Home needs.

Centrally situated and on the first floor with no lift, you access the property through a small hall. Left of the hall leads to a beautiful living area equipped with two sofas and a central coffee table and chairs, a writing desk and a library with a beautiful selection of books. From the living area, up a flight of steps, you access the master bedroom with a double bed, built in cupboards. This bedroom has a neighbour suite to watch TV and the bathroom right outside.

From the hall you also access the fully equipped modern kitchen and separate laundry room with washing machine and drier. The kitchen has a table and chairs for breakfast or a quick lunch. Right of the hall we Access the dinning area with table and chairs to seat 6 comfortably. Passed the dinning area we have a second small living space and the second bedroom with two twin beds and en suite bathroom. Up a flight of steps we have the third bedroom, with the bathroom just opposite on the landing and Access to the lovely terrace.

The location of this very fine property is unbeatable as it is just off the Puerta de Jerez, the Cathedral and all the main attractions of Seville.

About Home at Homes

Home at Homes was created by two people: Karin Wallis, half English and half Swedish has lived most of her life in Madrid and Nono de Barco, 100% Sevillano down to the marrow, has lived in Seville all of his life. We created Home at Homes as we wish to do something different: take peoples charming homes and transform them into rentals, keeping the magic and charm the owners created when they built their home but at the same time making it comfortable and adequate for our clients such as giving them plenty of empty cupboard space, ensuring the only food in the fridge is the one of our welcome hamper and making sure everything is working correctly and is sparkling clean so that when you arrive, the property will feel like instant home to you too. There are no two properties alike, nor are there two guest exactly alike but we do trust we will have the right home for you.

Excellent location within walking distance of old Seville.

This is a beautiful large condo with two levels having stairways on either end to reach two of three bedrooms. Living room exceedingly comfortable. Excellent kitchen and laundry facilities. Upper terrace charming though very hot in afternoon. Overall, an excellent rental and well priced.

Exceptional property in a central location

This is an exceptional house, very well maintained and in a fantastic location in the centre of Seville. Even though there were six of us staying here, the house is so large that we all had our privacy. The decor is first class and very tastefully furnished. It is very well equipped, although it could do with a bigger kettle, being British we drink a lot of tea. It is located in a very quiet and private street. We had a fantastic time in Seville. Being in the heart of the city, there were numerous good restaurants and bars. We took in all the usual attractions but the highlight for us was the Plaza de Espana with its lovely park. We could not have had better customer service from Home at Homes. They have been a real pleasure to deal with. We would especially like to thank Karin and the guy (didn't get his name) who met us at the property. I would recommend this property without any hesitation.
