This modern 2 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with private pool is blessed with breath-taking sea views of the jungle and sea beyond.
Completed in 2013, it sits in a quiet cul-de-sac of 7 houses at the top of a beautiful winding private jungle road, just 5-10 minutes from the centre of Chaweng (the main town with all amenities) and 5 minutes drive to Chaweng / Chaweng Noi Beaches, the longest, most popular and the most beautiful.

The house's main advantage is it's wonderful peaceful views and beautiful emerald coloured pool with built-in waterfall. Just walking into the house and seeing the views gives an instant feeling of peace and relaxation.

So from the minute your plane arrives your holiday starts. You will have a taxi meet you at the port, the house will be ready with fresh linen and towels, transport and phone. Just like a hotel.
I normally give people a scooter but drivers must hold a license and be competant. I may ask for a little test. If you are a little rusty or a novice i can give you a lesson but do let me know. More bikes or car hire can be arranged. I can recommend things to do or even give you a tour of restaurants / nightspots too if you like.
Towels and bed linen provided and cleaned weekly. The house is also cleaned at least weekly and the pool is cleaned 2 times per week.
I provide a pay-as-u-go mobile phone too, all included in the price. So when you arrive, you can start your holiday straight away.
Guests have access to their own 2 bedroom house, private pool, off street parking and gardens around.
I live nearby and look after the guests, where needed, throughout their stay. I will do check - in and check - out and ensure they have everything they need to start their holiday and take care of them throughout.

Bought in 2011, spent 2 years completing it happy living in Thailand with my girlfriend looking after holidaymakers and teaching in a local school. Its also on a couple of other websites and i have about 30 reviews - all 5 star (except 1 - which was a 4 star).

This property is perfect. Own pool, its luxuriously equipped, close to town, private / secluded, great views and quiet. Also its owner Matt lives locally, looks after your every need and can show you around too.
To live here you will be looking for an experience, a wow factor, you will be wanting a bit more than the average holiday destination, a bit of privacy and independance thrown in too.
But its just as safe an option as a hotel by the beach yet so , so much more. I give people transport (scooter / cars or reliable taxis), communication and safety (free local phone and me being local to help in case of emergency or any questions), and the wonderful experience of the house.
I love this place because its at the end of a winding jungle you go up the hills the views open up occasionally and tease you through the beautiful coconut trees. Even as you park up you are rewarded with just glimpses. Then as you walk through the front door it hits you "Bam!", a massive view of jungle and sea views beyond over the pool explodes on you. I worked hard to make this happen putting in glass balconies and oversized windows, walls and plants etc. Then you close the huge door and no-one can see tranquility. 2 experiences in one perfect moment. I love hearing people when they first arrive and its almost always the same comment from everyone , " better than the photos!"
Another benefit of the place is its all on one level and angles are easy so when in the living room you can see when watching toddlers or fun with friends.
The villa is situated 1.6km from the main road up a quiet jungle road on the edge of Chaweng town (the main town). It is far enough away from town to enjoy peace and tranquility, yet close enough to only be a moments drive by scooter or car to the many choices of shopping / restaurants and night life that Chaweng is excellent at.
The island mainly is populated around the outside, circled by white sandy beaches, you are never far from a beach, and in the centre is mountainous coconut jungle land, mostly untouched.
As a tourist you want to be near or in Chaweng which offers all the attractions.
