Tastefully decorated, two bedroom, two bath condo in the Essex.
This non-smoking condo, at the South end of Marco Island on Collier Boulevard, has all the amenities of home including FREE Wifi. From the front door of the condo to the beachfront it's about a five to ten minute walk and that's with the a loaded up beach cart, complete with chairs, towels, umbrella and toys (all included). There’s a king-size bed in the master bedroom with ensuite bath, two singles in the second bedroom with adjacent bath, and the couch pulls out to a queen sleeper. Additionally, there is a screened-in lanai with table and chairs, perfect for your morning coffee.
If you don't feel like walking to the beach you are only a 1 minute walk to the pool. The unit has 3 TVs and a DVD player, full-size washer and dryer, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and everything else you would need in the kitchen.

Enjoy swimming, boating, sunset cruises, waverunning, parasailing, jet skiing, tennis (free on-site), biking, golfing or taking time out to relax in the sun.
This south end of Marco Island also offers a fantastic area for walks and visits to Caxambas Park, where you can boat, kayak, canoe or just watch the dolphins.
The Essex Condo is conveniently located a short 7 minute walk to restaurants, beach stores, and the Marco Island movie theaters.

It's quiet at the south end of the island, and the beach is central to the day's activities. If you're looking to relax, this is the place for you.
Across from the Gulf, pool, tennis courts, covered parking, washer-dryer, bascially it's home without the stress of your daily life.
This was our first visit to Marco Island and we couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. There was ample room for all of us and having 2 bathrooms was a huge blessing!! Owner was available to answer any questions and did so in a very timely manner. Stores and restaurants are very accessible by foot as we flew in and didn't have a car. Walk to the beach is quick and easy. Be sure to wear water shoes to the beach as the shells are extremely hard to walk on! Time of year was great as its not the busy season so it's not crowded at all. Condo was clean and well kept. Would definitley recommend this to friends and family.
It was a nice place to stay. Very clean and well stocked with kitchen items and beach items. Moderate walk to the beach. Owner replied quickly with answers to any questions we had. Definitely would stay there again!!
You can't miss out on morning walks on the beach located right across the street. Restaurants, the movies, ice cream, shopping and even a miniature golf course are all within walking distance.

A month is 28 days or more, contact us to verify the rental price. Sat to Sat rentals preferred, exceptions made.
Maximum guests staying overnight is 4, 5 would require an additional fee and is the max allowed by the City of Marco Island code. If any renter is found to have 6 or more guests and it's reported, this can result is police and fire involvement, eviction and fines. This aspect is outside the owners control.
Rentals less than 30 days in advance, full payment at time of booking. Cancellaton refunds; Re-rented, full refund; unable to re-rent, forfeit all money (partial re-rental will result in partial refund)
Tax is required by Collier County and the State of Florida on all vacation rentals and is included in the total rental price
