Sat high above the hustle and bustle, the penthouse, within a secure gated community, has a 24hr concierge and is just a few seconds stroll from the thriving hub of Kings Cross and St Pancras with its trendy cafes, busy bars and transport connections across the city and beyond.

With two double bedrooms (both with high quality memory foam mattress) and two bathrooms, the penthouse is the perfect city center retreat from which to base your London visit. The bedrooms are calm and peaceful with luxury bedding and furnishings to ensure a good nights sleep.

The kitchen has all the modern conveniences that makes cooking at home a pleasure, with high quality utensils and cutlery you’ll feel like you’re at a professional pantry. There’s also a dishwasher to save you time and a coffee maker to wake you up each morning.

Eating in the penthouse is a pleasure, with city-scape views from above and a large dining area to enjoy. There’s nothing like sitting with friends and family around the dining table in this apartment and being able to peer out of the window to see the bustling streets of London below. Being at the top of the building (on the 3rd and 4th floors) you get a sense of being perched in a peaceful nest high above the city streets below.

Once you have made a booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing all the contact information, directions and maps for your arrival. A member of our team will also be in the apartment waiting to welcome you when you arrive and to explain everything there is to know about the apartment and the local area.

If you have any special requirements please do feel free to ask, we work hard to make sure you have the best possible stay with us!

Arrival and departure:

You are welcome to arrive at anytime of day or night and a member of our team will always be there to welcome you at the apartment when you arrive. Check in is free between 2:30pm and 7pm. There is a fee of £30 for early arrivals (from 10:30am to 2:30pm) and a late check in fee of £40 for arrivals past 7pm, £60 past 11:30pm and £100 past 1am. Where possible we will do out best to accommodate your travel plans.

Check out is free before or until 10am however, subject to availability you are welcome to keep the apartment until 2pm for a late check out fee of £40. This must be arranged with us in advance. If you would like to keep the apartment later than this, talk to us and we'll do our best to help! :)

Great location

We were a party of 6 adults, and found this location was very convenient. We were met on arrival and had a thorough orientation to the flat, including operating the appliances. Wifi worked seamlessly, everything was neat and clean. Clive responded quickly to any inquiries, and provided recommendations on nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. well equipped, great location!

My family recently stayed a week at the flat. We had a great time. The apartment was very well equipped with most items you can think of. The location is fantastic for moving around the city. The location to St. Pancras train/tube station was super convenient. We had space and the two bathrooms were very handy. Only negative for us was the noise, but we are not accustomed to living in the city. Enjoyed very much!

spacous,, clean, central 2br property

Very nice, clean, well-supplied 2br/2ba property near Kings Cross trains and subway lines. Helpful managers. TV, W-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine. Large living/sitting room. Many good local restaurants and pubs. I'd recommend this to my friends.

A very enjoyable stay in the centre of London

What a perfect stay, Anita who welcomed us was really friendly and helpful, showing us everything about the apartment and what we needed to know. The apartment was clean and well prepared, there were even some fresh flowers when we arrived. The apartment is next to Kings Cross Station so was perfect for our arrival from the Eurostar. The view from the living room window is amazing, we spent a long time enjoying this! The location is very central and the bedrooms are high so we slept very comfortably here. I would recommend this apartment as a great place for staying in central London, very good for transport and there were also lots of nice restaurants just outside. I would stay here again!

Would have rated higher, except...

The apartment is close to Kings Cross railway station---a few minutes walk so was very convenient for our arrival and departure. It is pretty much as pictured, but the photos were obviously taken on a sunny summer day, as it was darker and less well lit for our winter visit. It was also quieter than I would have guessed near a busy railway station and the supermarket up the street is very convenient. The pricing is competitive for London and I would have rated this higher, but the management wasn't that responsive. There was no remote to operate the television, although we found it a few minutes before we left underneath the couch when we were checking for any left-behind personal items. A container of laundry soap was pointed out to us when we arrived, but it turned out to be empty. A pile of cigarette butts were left outside the window to the right of the television, and a look behind or underneath the couch, microwave, bed, etc. would show that the apartment was not cleaned very thoroughly before we arrived. The brazen mouse that visited after dinner the first night was another tip-off that food crumbs and other attractants were present before we arrived. We asked by email if we could leave luggage after the 10 in the morning checkout time, but never got a definitive answer, so we used the left luggage office in the railway station.

Owner's Response: Hi Lee, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I am surprised to hear that you found the flat less than to your expectation and can only apologise for this. I have been managing apartments for over four years and have been using the same team of professional cleaners since the beginning. To this date, yours is the first comment I have received for any apartment which is does not commend the high level of cleanliness. Nonetheless, I have had the apartment deep cleaned on your recommendation. Steamed all the carpets and also employed a professional pest control company who have successfully eliminated any unwanted visitors. It was truly unfortunate that you had the misfortune of experiencing this during your stay. I must add that the apartment is professionally cleaned after each group of guests come to stay and feedback about the standard of cleanliness across all the apartments we manage is typically very good. My apologies that you felt otherwise. With regards to the remote control for the television, I personally visited the apartment 3 times during your 4 night stay, twice with replacements which unfortunately did not work with the television in the apartment, I am pleased that you managed to find it and thank you for this! However, feel it is perhaps unfair to suggest I was unresponsive given I came to the apartment 3 out of the four days you were there. With regards to the lack of response regarding the late check out, your email came through at 6:43pm in the evening asking for a late check out the next morning, unfortunately I check emails twice daily and did not see your latest mail until it was already past the time you had checked out. I feel it is perhaps a little unfair to suggest I was unresponsive, I came to the apartment with every request you made in total visiting 3 times during your 4 night stay. I only hope that I will get the opportunity to host you again and prove my team and I's level of commitment and high level of service. Until then, I wish you all the best and thank you for staying at this apartment. Clive and the team :-)
