With two double bedrooms (both with high quality memory foam mattress) and two bathrooms, the penthouse is the perfect city center retreat from which to base your London visit. The bedrooms are calm and peaceful with luxury bedding and furnishings to ensure a good nights sleep.

The kitchen has all the modern conveniences that makes cooking at home a pleasure, with high quality utensils and cutlery you’ll feel like you’re at a professional pantry. There’s also a dishwasher to save you time and a coffee maker to wake you up each morning.

Eating in the penthouse is a pleasure, with city-scape views from above and a large dining area to enjoy. There’s nothing like sitting with friends and family around the dining table in this apartment and being able to peer out of the window to see the bustling streets of London below. Being at the top of the building (on the 3rd and 4th floors) you get a sense of being perched in a peaceful nest high above the city streets below.

Once you have made a booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing all the contact information, directions and maps for your arrival. A member of our team will also be in the apartment waiting to welcome you when you arrive and to explain everything there is to know about the apartment and the local area.

If you have any special requirements please do feel free to ask, we work hard to make sure you have the best possible stay with us!

Arrival and departure:

You are welcome to arrive at anytime of day or night and a member of our team will always be there to welcome you at the apartment when you arrive. Check in is free between 2:30pm and 7pm. There is a fee of £30 for early arrivals (from 10:30am to 2:30pm) and a late check in fee of £40 for arrivals past 7pm, £60 past 11:00pm and £100 past 1am. Where possible we will do out best to accommodate your travel plans.

Check out is free before or until 10am however, subject to availability you are welcome to keep the apartment until 2pm for a late check out fee of £40. This must be arranged with us in advance. If you would like to keep the apartment later than this, talk to us and we'll do our best to help! :)

The apartment was perfect for two couples. We didn't spend much time there as we were busy seeing the city. Being together in the evening and early morning was nice. Highly recommended.

Great Location

This flat was perfectly located close to the King's Cross and Pancras Station. We took the train to Paris and could walk easily to the train station in less than 5 minutes! The flat was perfect for two couples, there were many flights of stairs and no elevator, so carrying large suitcases may be difficult for some. It was not a problem for us. Clive was incredibly helpful and gave dinner suggestions, made reservations for us and went out of his way to make our stay in London perfect. It was a great trip.

Great week in London from this location

The flat worked out perfectly for our family of three. Great location in relationship to the underground. It is in the heart of the city so there is to be expected road noise. The owners were always very prompt in answering our emails and attending to our needs. Having two bathrooms was also very nice.

Comfy loft in the heart of Kings Cross

My family of four (two kids, 8 and 4) stayed in Kings Cross for our recent 8 night trip to London. Clive was very accommodating in letting us drop off our bags early and let us stay a little later after check-out until our airport shuttle arrived.

The property itself is comfortable and very well suited for a family. We were able to cook breakfast, relax in the living room and enjoy meals at the dining table. Also, it was convenient having two full bathrooms. We noticed that one bathroom had a clogged sink, and Clive sent out a repair man the next day. He was very responsive to our needs and communicated well from start to finish.

A few things to be aware of is that the apartment is in a very noisy location -- being that it is next to Kings Cross station and across the street from Scala nightclub. You will hear police and ambulance all the time, as well as music/street activity from the nightclub depending on if you stay during the weekend. Bring earplugs and it should be fine. Also, I recommend updating the carpets as they definitely show lots of wear.

Overall the stay was enjoyable, comfortable and incredibly convenient to the tube, rail, grocery, and dining. Thank you, Clive!

Great location

We were a party of 6 adults, and found this location was very convenient. We were met on arrival and had a thorough orientation to the flat, including operating the appliances. Wifi worked seamlessly, everything was neat and clean. Clive responded quickly to any inquiries, and provided recommendations on nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. well equipped, great location!

My family recently stayed a week at the flat. We had a great time. The apartment was very well equipped with most items you can think of. The location is fantastic for moving around the city. The location to St. Pancras train/tube station was super convenient. We had space and the two bathrooms were very handy. Only negative for us was the noise, but we are not accustomed to living in the city. Enjoyed very much!
