Standing 11-stories tall, overlooking Washington D.C’s historic 15th St Financial District, is Samuel W Woodward’s early 20th century architectural masterpiece. A classic example of the Beaux-Arts style that heavily influenced the architecture of the U.S from 1880 to 1920, the building’s flat roof, arched windows, and rusticated and raised first story is a 15th St standout. In 2007, the building was meticulously restored and renovated with contemporary features including limed oak flooring, granite countertops, expansive windows with stunning city views, and 9-to-12 ft. ceilings. Located just one block from the White House, U.S Treasury building, and across the street from the Metro station, you’re within easy reach of world-class museums, galleries, theaters, and entertainment. Complemented by a 24-hour customer service and 24-hour check in policy, this building is the only place to stay on your next trip to DC!
We pride ourselves in offering top of the line service to all of our guests. With our convenient check-in process and 24 hour customer service, you have all the control over your travel plans. Our dedicated agents are available any time to address any questions or concerns.
We enjoyed our stay at this nice 2 bedroom apartment in the middle of downtown DC. The White House is literally one block away from this apartment. Accommodations were nice, and the starter packet provided was a nice touch! We enjoyed many of the restaurants that were a convenient walk close by. Location couldn't have been better! Would recommend for anyone who wants to be in the thick of all the action in DC.
Lovely apartment in an ideal location with good security. The check-in/check-out procedure was easy although we might have appreciated some flexibility in the check in time.
This condo was perfect for a family gathering. Parking underneath the condo, friendly staff, perfect location and great accommodations.
An insurance company rented this unit for my family for 3 weeks after our own house in DC became inhabitable due to an accident. The apartment is solid, and centrally located to all attractions. It's a good fit for a family of 4: the second bedroom has two single beds, and the master bedroom has a queen. The staff was available at all times and processed all documentation professionally. It was a great benefit to deal with a corporate manager who is familiar with temporary relocation situations and could provide assistance expeditiously.
Small caveats: the single headboards were not screwed to the bed frames, somewhat limited choice of kitchen utensils, AC/heat unit was a little too loud (but I judge by my own house in DC which has an excellent Carrier system - this building is an older one); internet was spotty from time to time.
I recommend this apartment to anyone, but at this price range they can afford to fix those little glitches.
This apartment was a great place for four adults to share for our stay in Washington DC as tourists. The outside and lobby area are well kept and welcoming. The apartment is clean and provides plenty of space. The rooftop gives a panoramic view of DC and a great place to relax. The staff is very friendly and competent. The gallery/Chinatown metro is a few blocks away and easy to use. Attractions such as Ford's Theater and the National American Art Museum/Portrait Gallery are in easy walking distance. A CVS with a limited grocery section is directly across the street and a large grocery store is a few blocks away. There is also a restaurant directly across the street as well as a bakery/restaurant and sub place next to the apartment building. Very convenient. We recommend this property as a great place to stay.
Modern living with timeless appeal. Built in 1911, this apartment’s completely refurbished, luxury apartment homes are located just one block from the White House.
