Brought to you by ParlerParisApartments and named after a small Château on the grounds of Versailles, which was given to Marie-Antoinette by her husband, Louis XVI, Le Petit Trianon can be used by you as it was by this famous queen – "to shake off the burden of her royal responsibilities." Marie-Antoinette would escape to this "house of intimacy and pleasure" to get away from the formality of her life at the Palace.
This very well equipped studio apartment, decorated in subtle grey and celadon green, was fully renovated in 2011 and is ready to facilitate your escape. The focal point of this professionally designed space is the new and comfortable queen-sized bed that can be made up as twins. Topped by a magnificent oval mirror, it is surrounded by custom cabinetry that provides lots of storage as well as a desk at which you can pen your memoirs.
Opposite the bed between the two large, new windows, are the round dining table and two chairs which are illuminated by a fine chandelier. To one side of the table is a comfortable, period armchair. On the other side of the table is the very efficient kitchen, equipped with refrigerator, washer/dryer, sink, combination oven, two-burner stove, coffee-maker, toaster, kettle and a myriad of cooking implements. Of course, all cookware, plates, glasses and cutlery are also provided.
The luxurious bathroom houses a glass shower, large sink with vanity, heated towel rack and toilet. Fluffy towels are there for your use.

We stayed at Le Petit Trianon for 2 weeks in July. The apartment is very nicely decorated and well equipped (we particularly appreciated the fan) for comfort and meal preparation. Having stayed in Paris on several occasions in other areas of the city this has become our favourite, arr. 3 and 4 has a multitude of shopping and dinning options, as well as a nice neighbourhood feeling, not over run with tourists. Many of the sights are within easy walking distance and the public transportation is close and very efficient.
I would recommend this apartment for singles or a couple seeking a Parisian experience not found in hotels or tourist dominated areas (like the left bank).
We look forward to returning soon.
I stayed at Le Petit Trianon for a week, and it was a perfect little home away from home. The location is perfect if you want to live a pedestrian lifestyle (like I always do). I think I only took the metro 3 or 4 times on this trip! I walked everywhere, which was easy because nearly everything is within a half hour's stroll from the apartment. It was the perfect place to come home and rest my weary feet at the end of a long day's sightseeing/shopping/etc.
The only thing keeping me from a full 5-star rating was that I found the apartment lacking in a few essentials, which meant I had to run out on a Sunday in search of shampoo, conditioner, etc, even the all-important wine opener, after a long flight. But other than that, this place was wonderful. I would highly recommend, and would be happy to stay again someday.
Simply, when it is Le Petit Trianon! It ticks all the boxes for me.
It's a spacious well equipped apartment with lots of light, a good bed and ample piping hot water. Furthermore, tres elegante!
The concierge service was excellent. Always helpful.
As a serial renter in Paris I am rather used to the service provided by the Adrian Leeds group, so I tend to take the perfection so much for granted, such as the toiletries, and lots of fluffy towels. The foolproof manuals for the appliances and the good quality crockery and cutlery. And much more.
These are so professional that I would not dare to book an apartment from another organisation.
More perfect, it is well located near to several metro stations and bus services. In fact, the bus service I use a lot in Paris (96) stopped outside the door. Over the road another bus service passes Gare de l'Est and Gare de Nord. Close to both Republique and Bastille, and not far far from Marche Aligre.
another plus is it is amazingly quiet.
I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment for any person wishing for a complete Parisian experience.
Le Petit Trianon was a very nice apartment in a great part of Paris. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is wonderful, transportation close, supermarkets, food stores, BAKERIES, and all the conveniences for first time visitors to Paris from USA. The room is modern with beautiful tile stand-up shower! A nice feature for westerners. I would return for a future stay. It's a nice place. We had a small problem with internet that was promptly handled by the property manager. Some initial basics were also provided by property manager that made our arrival comfortable.
I found the Le Petit Trianon lovely and in a great neighborhood. It's really perfect for one person, or a couple. Very nicely appointed and great use of space. My only complaint would be to advise users of the washer/dryer that the clothes do not get dry in a machine like that. If one does their laundry it is best to dry them on the rack that is provided in the closet. I found that they dry pretty quickly that way. Also, the stairway is treacherous, so it's best not to be too old or have heavy luggage.
My husband and I spent three wonderful weeks at Le Petit Trianon. It was our first trip to Paris together and we loved so much about our trip and our stay in Le Marais.
The apartment is so lovely - exactly as the pictures suggest. Thoughtfully appointed, with much consideration as to the needs of guests. We found the quirkiness of the building to be charming. It felt like we were actual residents of a real neighborhood in a lively and vibrant area of Paris and that is exactly what we were looking for. There are numerous restaurants close to the apartment that we would highly recommend - having gone to Cafe La Royal on the corner almost every day for le petit dejeuner - we got to know the staff there and were so grateful they were willing to let us practice our halting french with them. The Italian restaurant directly across the street (Il Prezzemolo) serves the most delicious pizza and white wine and has a very friendly and attentive wait staff - even providing the address one evening of a gypsy jazz club for us!
The only drawback from our perspective is the noise factor of the street below. And, as it was warm weather while we were there (September), we needed to leave the windows open at night and it was very noisy. This is not something the owners of the apartment nor the management can control - it is simply the situation of the location of the apartment. Given the narrow street, the car and motorcycle traffic and the liveliness of Le Marais - especially at night, it is just something to recognize and be prepared for. If travel plans are for cooler months when windows can be left closed most of the time, then the apartment is truly commendable. Whenever we had the windows closed, the apartment was very quiet.
As others have already done, I would like to express our thanks to Hannah for her considerate and helpful service to us while we stayed at the apartment. She was such a joy to work with - timely responses and checked in on us several times during our stay to just see how we were doing. We appreciated her thoughtfulness and professionalism so much.
We would give the apartment, Paris-Sharing and management, 5 stars for everything under their control, but with the noise of the street below, we felt it deserves 4 stars overall as it did impact our stay.
I recently spend a lovely time at Le Petit Trianon--the fourth Parler Paris apartment in which I've vacationed over the past nine years. It was one of my favorites. The owners thought of everything: lots of storage, lighting, mirrors, and outlets (always critical!); easy control of the heat (plenty warm in the winter); very nice shower and bathroom; a full-sized table with two chairs PLUS a comfortable reading chair. I am not much of a cook but I appreciated the more-than-adequate kitchen, dishes, accessories, and appliances, a how-to manual, as well as four plastic containers for leftovers! (While staying in past apartments, I've bought some of those to leave for the next renters.) Free internet and long distance plan for the US, of course, and cable TV, plus a wealth of Paris and France tourist books and other novels to read during my downtime. The apartment and building were quiet, even though two windows look over a street. I love this neighborhood in the upper Marais--lots of shopping and markets--plus, a bus stop for #96 is steps from the door and Metro Line 8's Filles du Calvaire is just a short block and a half walk the other direction. I also appreciated how Hannah Wasylik, my greeter, made me so very comfortable with her kindness and thoughtfulness to have the basics stocked (Kleenex, bath soap, TP, coffee, filters, etc.) so I didn't have to worry about shopping after a long travel day. Plus, she spent more than enough time to help me get acquainted with the apartment. She promptly responded to me a couple days later when I had a couple questions. She was the best! She checked on me via email a couple times during my visit and provided a second contact, if needed. She's very good at her job, as was all the Parler Paris staff as I booked the trip. Thanks for asking! See you again in the future.
