Walk to shops, cafes, movie theaters and restaurants in the world famous artistic and trendy Coconut Grove! You are just steps from Cocowalk and the marina and minutes away from downtown Miami, Coral Gables and Miami beach!

FREE Parking is included ($25/day savings).

The best way to get to the studio is by private car or taxi.

The studio is professionally cleaned and maintained before and after each guest. Amenities include hotel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face soap, hand soap (you're not likely to see this in many other rentals, they often make you bring your own toilet paper!).

Hotel pool, hot tub, top floor gym and sauna, one unreserved parking space ($25 savings/day), onsite restaurant and bar, free WiFi, cable TV, 24 hr security, laundry room.

Guests will receive the key cards from the front desk, just like at the hotel. The front desk is open 24/24hr.

A local manager will be available by phone and in person if needed.

I encourage you to book early as the availability is on a first come, first serve, basis. Your dates may not be available as soon as a few hours after you receive a quote for busy weekends and holiday season weeks.

Amazing!

You seriously cannot beat this view! It's absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony every morning and ended the night enjoying wine and gazing at the pretty lights. We loved that the room had basic things such as a coffee maker, small fridge, microwave etc. Coconut grove was a cute area to be walk around too. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

2116, owned by Mr. Joe Leconte , is a beautiful studio overlooking the ocean. The studio is nice and clean and has every thing you need. Most of all Joe is a very responsible person always Willing to help you. He is very prompt in resolving issues if you have any. You can not go wrong if you select to stay in his Beautiful studio. Enjoy.

Gorgeous view and great pool.

Would do it again! Comfortable bed and futon. Could use more bed linens for futon and more coffee cups. View was to die for. Loved having coffee and/or cocktails on the balcony.

We Wouldn't Hesitate To Stay Again

The unit was exactly as described. Beautiful views, very comfortable king bed with premium linens, parking was convenient, and the owner's instructions made everything easy . You can't beat the location if you want to experience the Grove and its restaurants.

So why not 5 stars? This is an older property. The bathroom features are dated, and higher quality TP would make an inexpensive upgrade. The flat screen TV was excellent, but a printed channel guide would have been helpful.

But that's all nit picking. It's an excellent value, with a very accommodating owner, and we would stay again.
