Welcome to our 55 square metre apartment near Place Daumesnil in the 12th arrondissement of Paris!

This bright and comfortable apartment is situated on the first floor (with elevator).

While being street facing the two streets concerned are small and do not generate much noise at all.

It is fully-equipped with all the comforts of home. You will be able to enjoy fast ADSL Wifi or cable Internet access as well as free use of a laptop and printer.

There is ample space for storing your belongings.

The cherry on the cake is the private car park available for €20 per day. It is located across the street about 50 meters from the apartment.

As you walk through the entrance door, you’ll find: To your right: the main living area with sofa, dining table, small office, Straight ahead: the kitchen, To your left, the there is a bathroom, the WC and the bedroom with its double bed and TV.

This apartment is ideal for 2 or 3 guests, the maximum capacity is 4. There is 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. A washing machine is provided.

You’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, and a metro station within walking distance, providing you with easy access to all the attractions of Paris.

The closest metro stop is Daumesnil on line 6 providing you with easy access. Access by car is very easy as the ring road (Périphérique) is less than 1km away (Porte Dorée). Gare de Lyon is less than 2 km away.

The calendar is up to date, last minute reservations are welcome!

In the heart of the 12th district, this apartment is only a few minutes walk from the Gare de Lyon, which serves all of southern France.

This neighborhood is pleasant and has many restaurants and bars. The Château de Vincennes is nearby, with the Parc Floral where you can hike on foot and cycling.
