An Unforgettable opportunity to experience Barcelona, staying in a unique design apartment. This flat has an exquisite taste. Each room has its own character giving the flat a great atmosphere.

The flat is located in Rambla Poblenou St. (pedestrian street). This street is the core of the Poblenou neighborhood (next to Eixample). There are many cafes and nice restaurants. It is one of the most commercial streets in Barcelona.

Just a few minutes on foot down the Rambla Poblenou you have the beach of Barcelona and the Olympic Harbour. On walking distance you can also visit some of the icons of Barcelona: The famous Sagrada Familia by Antonio Gaudi. From there you can walk up on Gaudi´s Ave. to the Sant Pablo’s Hospital another icon of the Art Noveau in Barcelona. The modern Agbar tower is 5 min on foot, this modern building designed by Jean Nouvel that holds the water company. Some nights of the week it’s illuminated with color lights.

The flat itself is 123 sqm (1345sqf). It has two double rooms each with a queen bed and a full bathroom (bathtub). There is a third bedroom with a queen bed available if needed. The main bedroom boasts a large windowed balcony with a Elizabethan style armchair, from where you will have the chance to see how life flows on Rambla Poblenou. The large living room is devoted to details and to a mixture of styles. A smart use of color on the walls creates the necessary warmth, then the designer furniture, the leather couch, a Bose sound surround system and a large plasma TV and cable TV, are the punch, the ingredients that will make you fall in love with this home. The walls have been thought by an interior designer to give the flat that very stylish look. It took us more than a year to plan all the areas. Every piece of furniture is intended to be special for the room its located. The kitchen is a paradise of gadgets: refrigerator with TV, wine cooler, washing machine, dryer and all the gadgets you need to cook as a chef.

The Rambla poblenou is a very dynamic Street with lots of local shops, nice cafes and restaurants. Close to the beach and very handy to get to the city center. You will be in a OSASIS in Barcelona. Close to the main sightseeings but on a great local area known as the SoHo of Barcelona

What makes this apartment unique

A Unique design apartment. It took us more than a year to plan all the areas. Every piece of furniture is intended to be special for the room its located. Very warm atmosphere for your stay. We would define it as a Boutique apartment.

Wonderful apartment in Barcelona!

Miguel was amazing. He communicated frequently with us throughout the rental process. The apartment was perfect for 2 couples prior to our cruise which left out of Barcelona. The apartment is located in a walkable neighborhood and is convenient to catch the metro or a taxi to the port. Miguel handled all of our issues and his father was the perfect host to explaining our stay.

It was a great property in a beautiful neighborhood. The apartment was well-equipped and the air-conditioning work great! Miguel was very nice and spent time showing us the details of the property. It would be nice to have some kitchen towels provided. And it would also be nice to have more than one bath towel per person provided. With these modest exceptions it was a great experience.

This property is wonderful!

We rented the property from May 27-31. We were a family of 4 adults. Mom, dad, daughter (24) and son (21). The apartment is fantastic. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The area around the apartment has some of the best restaurants. Easy walk to the beach. We even walked to Sagrada Familia (about 25 min).

When we arrived at the apartment Miguel was there to greet us. He is very informative. We also book the old city and Art Nouveau tour with him. It was great. Lots of walking. Can't say enough about Miguel. You won't be disappointed if you choose this property.

Fantastic Accomodations

My family of four stayed at this terrific apartment for a spring time trip to Barcelona, Spain.

This great three bedroom apartment in the Poblenou district of Barcelona has everything you would want: Great neighborhood, terrific restaurants nearby, wifi, cable tv, a short walk to the beach plus on-site small pool for a quick afternoon dip. As it is away from the very busy and more touristy areas I found it a much quieter and more pleasant experience. It was very easy to navigate the metro system and I was very happy we decided to forgo staying near the shopping districts or the high traffic, high noise areas of Barcelona for this larger apartment. The kitchen was outfitted with high end equipment and all the pots, pans and utensils needed plus literally within a few blocks are all the breaderies, bakeries, wine stores, and food markets you need to stock up for a quick meal. Or walk out the door instead and hit any number of fabulous restarurants!

The high quality espresso machine was enough to make me insanely happy. The beds and linens were very luxurious and I am a picky person about mattresses but they were very nice.

The place is just as nicely decorated as the designer high-end hotels, has little luxuries and we found it perfect to relax and call home.

But the real star of this accommodation is the owner and his family.

Miguel makes the place really shine because he goes waayyy above and beyond to provide help, set up tours, provide on point restaurant suggestions, and he outfitted the place with food at our request for a bit more like a boss. Plus his wine selections would make any high end restaurant very happy.

Big thumbs up for this place.

My family felt at home, and I would go back in a heartbeat. The days soaking up a bit of sunshine on that little patio with the breeze and sun... priceless.

Amazing location in Barcelona. Its an Oasis!!

The position, the appointments, the entertainment, personal touches, personal service and absolute professional presentation!!

The flat is very spacious and its located in a little Oasis in Barcelona. Close enough to the most important sightseeings but out of the tourist crowds. Rambla del Poblenou has its own life. There are many restaurants and nice cafes just few steps from the apartment.

The location was perfect and the apartment was spotless and beautiful Miguel was full of information. After showing us the details of the apartment we were presented with a bottle of wine, coffee, fruit and water a perfect way to start our vacation.We were left with phone numbers in case we needed information however there was a information book for us to read.I had a wonderful vacation and I am looking forward to returning to Barcelona and this wonderful apartment. Thank you !

Rambla del Poblenou is one of the most enchanting commercial Boulevards of Barcelona. Its nice cozy cafes and nice restaurants where to have al fresco lunch or dinner makes this avenue a fantastic place to pass your vacation. Its very close to the Old town but you won't feel as crowded with tourists here. This nice Boulevard has lots of delicatessen shops, nice fruit stores and organic markets.

Its a pleasure to walk down la Rambla to the beach promenade. You can eat Paella relaxed at one of its nice restaurants and see the real Barcelona way of live.
