We love the house. Very confortable and with great views.
The photos do not do any justice for the house. Upon checking in, I was surprised at how much larger it was than expected. This is perfect for a large group, or a trip with multiple families. We were lucky to get plenty of snow upon during our stay as well. We sled down the hill behind the house and the driveway. Plenty of sleds in the garage for use. We also able to built snowmen in front of the house. We unfortunately did not get a chance to use the hot tub. The landlord/property management team were also superb. They were very responsive and accommodating from the initial booking request all the way until check out. They'll call you ahead of your stay as well to make sure you have everything you need. We will definitely stay with InvitedHome on future trips and other cities they service.
What an incredible experience from the booking, drive up to the final day made our womens retreat right in the heart of the Autumn Season simply "perfect"! We had a wonderful vacation time in this house, everything works perfectly. The house is in a beatiful quiet location, but very close to town, sky lift, city market and other places. We came from Denver airport and the route is easy to follow. We totally recommend it
Overall value for our group of 14 was good based on location and accommodations. However, we checked in with no heat and no hot water. Property mgmt. company response time was ok, plumber response time was not. Bring large cookware if preparing meals for a large group. All cookware provided is single family sized.
However, there were lots of things in the home that needed maintenace. The toilet in the master bedroom stopped flushing during our stay. The soap dispenser on the dishwasher would not open during wash cycle. The steam shower didn't work. The garage door did not close reliably. The large pleated shade in the game room would not stay up so the room was pretty dark. None of these things would be hard to repair But we believe that the number of things needing attention was unacceptable for a home that cost us $615 per night when you factor in the cleaning fee..
