Youll find this estate is perfect for entertaining guests thanks to an outdoor cabana with a lounge and dining area. Theres also an outdoor bar, fireplace, swimming pool and whirlpool spa. Families with young ones will appreciate the spacious lawn and childrens play equipment, as well as the basketball net. And those who are musically inclined can take advantage of the propertys recording studio.
Inside, youll find tasteful furnishings throughout, thanks to neutral tones and natural wood accents. Both the living and family areas boast fireplaces, with plenty of plush seating areas. Best of all, this luxury villa is a short 25-minute jaunt to the fine sands of Santa Monica Beach, where you can lay in the sun, swim in the ocean or try out some new water sports like surfing and boogie boarding.

We had our annual family reunion at the villa, and enjoyed it immensely. The outdoor area was superb; the heated pool, the shaded area where you can curl up with a good book and the bbq grill where we made amazing steaks. The kitchen was amazing, as was the master bedroom. There were two rooms with bunk beds, ample space for all of our five kids. The one drawback was the two bedrooms downstairs, which were dark and smaller in size, and one of the beds was a double, not a queen as advertised on the site.
