Beautiful log house.
I wish we would have had a little bit more time to enjoy ourselves but this place makes you wanna just be a hermit and not do anything but relax. The kids were getting a kick out of feeding the goats and the chicken.collecting fresh eggs and gathering wood for the firepit.Would do again in a heartbeat.
This was a work girls weekend get-away, had a great time here, this was the perfect place for us to socialize and play. The house had plenty of space and the location gave us plenty of privacy. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with.
Great place to stay! Close to Louisville, but in a more rural location that makes you think you are miles from anyone.
Great place. Hope to return
This was a beautiful home. Lots of room, very clean and comfortable. Owners were very accommodating with our travel plans.
Great house surrounded by woods
Stayed for a weekend with a large group and had the house was great. Lots of space, very cool furnishings, and a comfortable place to be with friends. The best part is the outdoor space - the front porch, back patio and plenty of grass to throw a ball around or enjoy a fire in the fire pit.
The setting is really beautiful - far enough in the country to feel like you're isolated, but close enough to Louisville to get into town quickly.
My family of 4 from Nashville and our friend's family of 5 from Oregon stayed here and had a great time. The home is well-furnished, the beds were really comfortable and the outside was perfect for the kids. We were able to visit with the chicks and goats on the property and the kids loved getting the fresh eggs out of the chicken coop! The location was quiet and peaceful, yet close to many outdoor activities and close to downtown. I will definitely be recommending this home to friends.
