About Becki

We are a small family run business managing several downtown furnished condos. We pride ourselves on our personal service and will meet you at the building, get you checked in and answer any questions you may have. We are also available to you anytime during your stay. Whether planning a short term or extended stay in this magnificent city, Seattle Suites is here to help you make your visit a memorable one.

Why Becki chose Central

Fabulous location in the heart of downtown. We bought here because we were impressed by the style of a 1940's building which was updated to condos in the 1990's. The updates were tastefully done while retaining much of the charm of the era. The Elektra Homeowners' CC&R's specifically allow for rentals of 3 days or more making this a great place to buy for owners who wanted to keep a second home in the city, or who find that they need to travel extensively in their profession and have their units empty much of the time. These are the owners we represent. Our owners invest a lot of personal care into maintaining their units because they want to feel as if they are welcoming guests into their own home - which is exactly what they are doing. We have so enjoyed hosting people from all over the country and the world coming to Seattle for temporary work, for relocation, to attend conventions, for medical treatment, to visit family or just to experience this fabulous city and all that it has to offer.

What makes this condo unique

Walking distance to theater, restaurants, shopping, Pike Place Market, Waterfront, Museums, nightlife. Tucked into a quiet side street next to the Convention Center, we escape much of the ordinary noise and street traffic you would find in a downtown area, yet are steps from all the life, vibrancy and activity that downtown has to offer. The trendy Pike Pine neighborhood is one of the most up and coming neighborhoods in Seattle. Our guests also enjoy the convenience of nearby grocery stores, restaurants and shops of any small neighborhood. For those coming to town to access some of the finest medical facilities in the country, we are also very close. We are two blocks from Virginia Mason and easy walking distance to Swedish and Harborview hospitals.

Nice place for party of two, good location

  • 4 of 5

Nice property, perfect for two. The location very accessible. We took shuttle from airport to unit and never needed a rental car during our stay. Most attractions within walking distance, if not UBER made life easy. Property was clean; a bit dated, although, would definitely stay here again. Management of property was great; very nice and attentive.

Walkable to Pike's Place Mkt. Unit was just off of Pike st and one block from Pine and maybe 10 blocks to Pike's Place Mkt. We also walked to the stadium for a Sounders game (probably a mile), although, would recommend cab or UBER if a night game. UBERed to the space needle and Chihuly Gardens.

Plenty of good restaurants close by or short walking distance. For light fare, Serious Pie (pizza) is just around the corner. Went twice, service was great, pizza was spectacular.

Also, would definitely recommend Wild Ginger, great Thai. Order the Seven Flavor steak and the Pad Thai noodles - can't go wrong.

As mentioned, when we come back to Seattle, would definitely try to stay here again.

Great stay

  • 4 of 5

Communication prior and during visit was Very Good. Made accommodations to allow us to check in early which helped as our flight arrived in the morning. Greeted us at property and did a nice job of reviewing the studio of features and also of the surrounding area. Great location and very walkable to everything. I noted that the room only had a coffee press. I looked at the listing adn it said coffee press, but also stated coffee maker upon request. I requested one and Doug delivered a brand new coffee maker in less than 1 hour...... Unusually warm the week we were there and the portable air conditioner that was provided worked very well on keeping the studio cool.

Minor things were the shower dripped and that was mentioned to us on arrival and to not worry about it as it was to be repaired when we checked out. 2 lights in kitchen, one was missing and the other was fine. I found a bulb in the kitchen but it must have been the burnt out one as it didn't work. For our stay the one light was fine and i NEVER called or asked them to change it as i am sure Doug woudl have rushed one over. So this is more informative than a negative or should have been noted and corrected when the studio was cleaned between visitors.

All in all a very nice stay and great location.

Great Seattle Vacation Rental

  • 5 of 5

This condo was in the perfect location near downtown Seattle for our recent vacation. Easy walking distance to Pike Market, the Convention Center, and conveniently located near I-5 for day trips. The property was clean and had all the necessary kitchen amenities that made our stay enjoyable. Becki and Doug quickly answered questions and made this process simple. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot in Seattle for.......

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in mid-August, if you need to be anywhere in downtown Seattle, this place is perfet. Especially, for the convention center. The place is exactly as described, cozy, quiet and all the necessary amenities. Don't bother to get a rental car, you can walk anywhere you need to.

Very pleased.

  • 5 of 5

Property was spacious and well maintained. Service was personal. Doug met us and gave us details about the condo and the surroundings. There were pamphlets and maps available. Emails informed and reminded us of what to do. Location was excellent, immediately between a great neighborhood and downtown. Dozens and dozens of good food choices.

Not too far from everything

  • 3 of 5

The property is well kept. The community deck is a pain to get to and not relaxing to be there once you do get to it. Stiff, hard, metal benches with no shade from the sun. However, The property is conveniently located. The room was outdated but, still pleasant. The mattress was unfortunately horribly uncomfortable. I would have given 4 stars if it wasn't for that mattress. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your feedback Jennifer. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. You are right that the rooftop deck is mostly for taking in the view and not intended to be a place to spend a lot of time. I'm sorry you did not care for the mattress. It is actually a nearly new memory foam mattress (only a few months old). It may be that memory foam is not to everyone's liking. Most of our recent guests have commented on how comfortable it is. I'm sorry this type of mattress wasn't to your liking.

If you need to rent a car to travel out of town, there is a Budget Car rental agency next door and a Hertz agency a few blocks away.
