For your enjoyment the area offers many historical and entertaining venues, boutiques and eateries including the St. Augustine Lighthouse, Castillo de San Marco (old Spanish fort), Alligator Farm, and fabulous St. George Street.
Ideally situated one and a half hours from Orlando and Cape Canaveral, and 45 minutes South of Jacksonville. Day trip to Disney World, Sea World, or other Orlando attractions at a fraction of the cost of staying in the Parks and your loved ones will be thrilled with the beach in their backyard!

Hi Devin! We just left the condo. We had a great time! We really enjoyed it.
We spent a week and it was great. The condo was clean had everything it was supposed to. The owner was helpful and timely with what we needed peior to arrival. The beach was beautiful . It is cresant beach and where condo it people can drive on beach but the sand is so fluffy no one parks on beach and truly little traffic. This was truly the only downfall was that people drove on beach, but the can only drive one area and it was pretty safe we just had to watch kids a little better. If u have babies with lots of equipment might not be right place for u. It is a walk to get to the beach for us it was fine my kids r 6 and 3 and worked great. The pool was really nice and truly right near condo around corner. There were several people we met who owned condo here and they were so friendly and helpful. St Augustine was truly ten minutes away and was so much fun a lot of truly cool and educational or just plain fun things to do. This was our best vacation yet. We usually stay on the gulf but this was better.
Crescent Beach is a beautiful white sand beach that is walking distance from the condo.so you couldn't find a better location. We were able to surf and swim in December and take in the the Night of Lights in StAugustine. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The 2 baths were convenient. Devin made our arrival very easy by providing us with all the info we needed to access the beach, pool, parking and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and hope to go back!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was easy to find and directions provided by the owner were great. Unfortunately we were there while other condos in the complex were cleaning out flooded sheetrock, furniture, flooring, appliances, etc., from Hurricane Matthew, and there was debris stacked up all over the grounds of the complex and the parking lots. No fault of the owners of our condo -- it couldn't be helped, but I hope to come back one day and see this property restored. The condo we stayed in was in good condition -- not flooded from the hurricane. Kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. The coffee pot broke while we were there, and the owners were very responsive to our suggestion of getting a new one. The boardwalk to the beach was great -- easy to get to and a short, nice walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the area. The only thing that I might suggest to the owners is that they invest in some new bath towels and kitchen towels. The towels, while plentiful and clean, were a little ragged and stained. This is a minor complaint, however, as the rest of the supplies were great. Thank you!
The property was just as I expected, very clean and very well equipped! Thank you for letting us rent your vacation home, will definitely come back again!!
Nice clean place, kitchen fully stocked, convient full size washer and dryer. Close to beach which was like a private beach no crowd or wild people running around. Only problem was stove vent fell while I was fixing dinner one night. My husband was able to fix it.
Thank you Devin for sharing your home.
Working with Devon was great. Everything was ready to go when we arrived. The beach is a short walk (up and down a few flight of outdoor stairs for those with kids you need to carry). Getting to the pool required no stairs. All worked great for my kids (4 years old) Plenty of room on the beach, hardly anyone around. The place was nice air conditioning worked great. Everything is dated (but working fine) but that didn't bother us since we were there to hang out in the condo. You pretty much need to drive to get to a variety of restaurants but parking was never an issue. I would definitely keep this place on the short list if I visit St. Augustine again.
