A couple of minute's walk from the wonderful Battersea Park, this is one of the most beautifully decorated houses you will see! Whether it’s space, style or location, you would be hard pushed to find anything better in London. Laid out over 4 floors, this is the perfect property for family and friends.

On the ground floor lies the living room. With its marvellously striped carpet and greenish walls, this space can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people on a choice of long sofas, arm chairs and a chaise lounge. Patterned cushions, curtains and a variety of paintings add to the room’s colour, whilst the large window and mood lighting cast ample brightness. The fireplace, natural flowers and designer table add an extra touch of style to the room. For a breath of fresh air, on the same floor lies another room that leads to the garden. With more stripes, a puffy sofa, another fire place and a selection of books, this is the perfect spot to relax after a busy day in London’s bustle.

Below the ground floor is the kitchen which has all that’s needed to prepare a meal or a snack. Wood flooring runs throughout, an island provides more table space, and the dining table can seat up to 8 people. With 2 arm chairs, photos, and more mood lighting, your meals will be more of an occasion than a daily routine.

On the 1st floor is the en-suite master bedroom which has a plush grey theme. You are guaranteed a good night’s sleep on the double bed, and whether it’s luggage or shopping, the 2 wardrobes with a chest of drawers each will provide you with more than enough storage space. If the bathroom were to be described in one word- it’s luxury. You’ll be spoilt with the white marble panelling, the large mirrored bath and the separate shower. The second guest room has calming purple tones, a double bed, a fire place, and it’s also en suite.

Upstairs is the most colourful room in the house which has a single bed, extra storage space in the form of a pink wardrobe, a colourful carpet and yet again, a small fire place. Adjacent to it is the third bathroom which is white, simple and modern.

One more round up the stairs and you’ll be in the final room which is spacious, has a double bed, clean white walls and a small balcony. This room also has its own stylish WC and basin, coloured in a mixture of black, grey and white.

This house is in a sought-after location in Battersea, just south of the Thames. This area has many good restaurants, bars and cafes to enjoy, particularly along Battersea Park Road. You are only a stone throw away from Battersea Park which is a stunning 200 acre green space, to be enjoyed by all ages. There are many landscaped gardens with plants and foliage from around the world, a boating lake, a bowling green, a children’s playground and even a children's Zoo!

Stroll across Battersea Bridge nearby and you’ll be in Chelsea and on the picturesque Chelsea Embankment. You can walk to the park or shops on the famous King’s Road in Chelsea, in less than half an hour. This long street is well-known for its boutique shops, trendy bars and fine dining restaurants and, for those interested in art, the Saatchi Gallery is at the eastern end of King's Road, near Sloane Square. Around Sloane Square you’ll find several luxury brands such as Tiffany & Co and Hugo Boss, as well as more boutique British designers and eateries.

South Kensington is also within easy reach; famous for the Natural History,Victoria & Albert and Science Museums - all reachable in 10 minutes by taxi. Kensington High Street is also close by and offers many more restaurants and bars.

Queenstown Rd train station is a 5 minute walk away, with direct connections Waterloo station; connecting many country regions including the Cotswold's as well as enabling quick access to the Jubilee and Northern lines which can take you all over the rest of the city very quickly.

Situated in the London Borough of Wandsworth, Battersea is to be found South of London’s inner city in Zone 2. Battersea is charming, quintessentially English and ideally situated between two of London’s finest commons – Wandsworth and Clapham and boasts a park of its own – Battersea Park. Here you will find tennis courts, undulating and tropical gardens and even a children’s zoo which is well worth a visit. Add this to the easy and quick routes into central London it is no wonder this area is home to so many of London’s affluent families as well as trendy young professionals.

Guests staying in Battersea can reach Oxford Street and Leicester Square in approximately 20 minutes and the fashionable Kings Road and Sloane Square are a pleasant 30 minute stroll across the River Thames. The local area provides a large array of coffee shops, independent boutiques, trendy bars and restaurants as well as gelato shops and delicatessens. There is also the ever popular 'Butcher Bar and Grill' – a fine blend of a local butcher shop and deli with an informal bar and grill. Head North towards the Thames and you'll find lots more pubs and restaurants along Battersea Park Road.
