Villa, 2 Bedrooms , 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6- )
We reside in Ottawa, Canada and are happy to call Kiawah our Southern Home.
Pauline purchased this Villa in 2001
Why Pauline chose East Beach Village
We and our family fell in love with Kiawah and have been enjoying all that Kiawah has to offer for the past fifteen years. The tranquility combined with superlative amenities and its world famous beach compel us to revisit as often as we can

The location of this rental is great and the price is right as it is on the low end of what we have spent coming to Kiawah over the years. We were close to the Sanctuary and on a less crowded beach than you find with condos in the Night Heron Park area west of the Sanctuary. The rental could stand to be freshened up a bit as it is clear this has been a rental property for quite some time and is a little worn out. That didn’t distract from our great time though, just know what to expect. The property managers were easy to deal with as they were last time we stayed with them. Overall a good experience and we would stay with them again.
Beautiful and comfortable
We really enjoyed our stay in the villa. The villa was spacious and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a worry free vacation. The weather was perfect and the beach was very relaxing.
Ideal Beach Getaway
This was the second time we’ve enjoyed a week at this beach condo. The proximity to the beach, bike paths, and Sanctuary can’t be beat. The screened porch is very comfortable for meals. It’s great to find a comfortable place that welcomes our dog too. We will definitely return!
Very enjoyable stay in the Tennis Club villas
There was much to like about this two-bedroom, 2nd floor apartment. Sun porch was lovely, and had great light in the afternoons. King-sized bed in master bedroom is huge and (beware) about 4 1/2 ft. off the floor! Nice, very usable kitchen and comfortable living room. The location is wonderful: 5 - 7 minute walk to the beach, literal walking distance to the clubhouse of Turtle Point golf course, and minutes by bike from Night Heron Park. We were delighted with the bikes the owners made available to us. They were just as good as ones you might rent on the island - so, saved us a little money. Also, it was nice having TVs in each room. Some aspects of the apartment are a bit dated, but we found it to be, all in all, quite comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
The condo was in the perfect location for the Kiawah Island Marathon weekend. It was exactly what we needed and I would definitely recommend staying here any time.
Great to hear our condo worked out for you.
Congrats on the marathon and keeping fit and active👍
