Amazing 2 storey 110 sq m apartment at first line of the sea with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 balconies, independent kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine just 1 min from the beach in Cabopino, Marbella. The duplex is on the 6th floor the 8 storey building with 2 elevators on the first line from the beach.

The main level offers spacious tastefully decorated living room opening to dining area and generous size terrace with spectacular sea views. Fully equipped kitchen sits independently only connected with the dining room by a stylish window. Guest bedroom and bathroom are also in the main level. The upper floor has 2 separate bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. Apartment is modern and newly reformed.

We also have two baby cots and two high chairs for families with little ones. The balconies are all child safe.

There is a big swimming pool on the territory of the building .

A free parking lot is right in front of the main entrance. One of the best sound beaches of Marbella is in 1 min walking

The area is luxurious and privileged, with private villas.

Situated a mere five minutes stroll through eucalyptus trees to the sand dunes and beach at Carib Playa it is superbly placed for your beach holiday. There are many restaurants and a supermarket within ten minutes walk, so you do not need to drive. For the golfers amongst your party it is only a five minutes drive from Cabopino Golf club; something to suit all the family!

Meanwhile on the beach between Carib Playa and Cabopino, you will find many activities and restaurants, with one of the best sandy beaches in all of the Costa del Sol.

The beautiful port of Cabopino and its 170 boat marina is also a fifteen minute walk away through the National Park. Cabopino itself abounds with many restaurants of all nationalities... Chinese, Spanish, Italian and English.... the famous "Albert's on the Dock, is a must for at least one evening meal as you will appreciate its stunningly exotic interior.

Meanwhile on the beach between Carib Playa and Cabopino, you will find many activities, and no activities,... well with one of the best sandy beaches in all of the Costa del Sol!

Andy's Beach provides rental boats, windsurfing, fishing, paragliding etc. Seasonal beach restaurants line the Cabopino side, and make for great casual lunching on the sand.

The bus station of 220 route bus (Marbella-Fuengirola) is on the motorway 5 min away,there is a train station in Fuengirola with connection to Malaga Airport.

We Very Highly Recommend This Property

My wife and I spent 14 nights at this property in April 2016 with our daughter who was only one year old at the time. We have no hesitation in recommending it for a family looking for a place to stay in the area.

We are fairly experienced with using online booking of private properties, so our review can be read in the context of people who are familiar with what to expect.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is basic accommodation but is very well equipped with everything you might want or need included in the rental cost. The apartment was also very clean, which is an extremely important attribute for my wife and me. Another great feature of the apartment is that the kitchen and living room are on the upper level where you enter, and the bedrooms are downstairs on a lower level. If you are traveling with children, as we were, it is nice to be able to put the little ones down to sleep and not have to worry that the tv is going to disturb them.

The building is conveniently located in a safe neighbourhood, only a short distance off the coastal highway. Leyla's directions were a little bit confusing, but we were also following GSP navigation and found the building without any difficulty. We would suggest that having a vehicle to get around is mandatory if you are staying here. There is free parking in front of the building, but it fills up early. There were several occasions when we had to park on the street. This was not a problem, however.

There is a small beach only a short five minute walk from the building. However, we spent most of our time visiting the beaches and other sites in Malaga, Fuengirola, Marbella proper, and Gibraltar. We also made a day-trip up to Cordoba, which was very much worth the time! The location of the building is very convenient for travel to the sites in area.

The manager, Leyla, was very pleasant to work with and always responded very quickly to our communications. While we were there we had a minor issue with the sink in the kitchen, and Leyla was able to get someone in to correct the problem the very same day.

The price was right, the rental contract was straight forward and the administration of the rental arrangement was handled professionally.

Parfait !

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans ce grand duplex avec mes trois enfants, la proximité à la mer et la piscine privative est un vrai plus. L'appartement est très bien aménagé et est très fonctionnel, nous n'avons manqué de rien durant notre séjour. Autour le cadre est très joli, il y a un pont très sympa qui permet de longer la baie et rejoindre d'autres villes frontalières pour ceux qui aiment se balader c'est à faire; vraiment très agréable séjour, je recommande!

Fascinating location and enjoyable stay

As we have two toddlers it was important to us to find a place that is children friendly. When we saw this place with an fully furnished children's bedroom we knew that this was the one. And we weren't disappointed!

- Leyla, the contact, is a very friendly and helpful lady who always responded very promptly.

- The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Just right to relax and enjoy your vacation. We did day trips to Malaga, Gibraltar, Ronda,... and it was just perfect. Also the short walk to the beach was perfect. Especially with kids.

- The apartment was very well equipped. We never stayed in an apartment before that was so well equipped. Especially for the kids it was great that there were toys they could play with.
