2 Bedroom, 2 Bath 1100 Sq Ft Private Beachfront Balcony

South Seas is a gated community at the northern end of Marco's 3+1/2 mile crescent shaped beach. 'T' shaped buildings on the beachfront with the bottom of the 'T' being the closest point to the beach and the Gulf. This unit is located at that point. South side giving you long and sweeping views of the beach and out over the Gulf of Mexico as far as you can see. 9th floor level gives you a perfect vantage point view, not too high or low in the building. This unit has been recently remodeled and has an updated kitchen and baths. Long balcony with access from each bedroom and living room onto the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, king bed in master, two twins in guest bedroom. All tile flooring. Linens are provided as well as beach towels and beach equipment. There are laundry facilities on each floor, 12 units per floor. Elevators, trash chutes on each floor. There is a large heated pool by the beachfront with lounges, tables and chairs, tiki huts to sit out of the sun, foot showers when you come off the beach. Ground floor restrooms just inside lobby by pool area. Boardwalk across sand dune and you're at the beach. The beach is very big and you'll walk diagonally to the southwest to reach the water's edge. It is about a 4-6 minute stroll to the water's edge. Exercise room use on site included. Covered parking adjacent to building with a fee per vehicle for the full stay. Tennis courts available on site for nominal fee. Clay and har tru, with pro on site in winter. Shuffleboard courts as well. Come and enjoy, relax and take lots of pictures!
