Hi and thanks for considering our condo for your family. We have just recently purchased the condo and have renovated many things and possibly more. This beautifully decorated unit is located on the 3rd floor. There are TV/DVD players in every room, an IPod docking station and a wonderful massage chair for the adults.

The Harbor Point Condo Association strives to ensure all amenities, which are available for your enjoyment, are maintained to the highest quality. This property is maintained full time by on-site management. The close proximity of attractions, entertainment, dining PLUS the convenience of day to day shopping for grocery/pharmacy is unmatched.

This property's has a pier where many different types of fish can be caught. Also, dolphins can be seen swimming and playing. You can also watch the Blue Angels practice as the Naval Base is just a few short miles away.With its proximity to the Naval Air Station, an added perk to the Harbour Pointe Condos is a frequent, free Blue Angels performance. Luckily, Pensacola is home of the Navy's Blue Angels! On most Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 8:30- 9:30 during their season, they fly right past the building several times. The best place to catch the show is from the upstairs walkway on the front side of the building although they do go behind the back side of the building as well. There is a wonderful museum located at the base that everyone should go see! There is much to see and do here.

While we get requests to negotiate a reduced price or added extras, we are not able to do so. We have researched this site for the best deals for units like ours and we feel we are very competitively priced, offer many more amenities and are willing to do just about anything to make your trip as enjoyable as possible.

We chose to buy this unit at Harbour Pointe after several friends told us about the community and the natural beauty of the area. Being that the unit was so convenient to shopping, dining and entertainment, we knew this was the place for us. Another feature we so liked about Harbour Pointe was the boat slip. The Blue Angels practice over the Gulf, and its almost like a front row seat while sitting on our balcony. Also the Dolphins can be seen playing constantly around the boat dock just outside the pool area.

My family, good friends, and very nice tenants have occupied this unit at times when we were not able to go down and have all found it to be simply amazing!

What makes this condo unique

Dolphins, Dolphins, Dolphins!! They are so awesome to watch play! The fishing from the boat dock is a unique experience - you never know what you're going to catch. There is a place for boat parking. There is boating over to the National Seashore located directly across the lagoon from our condo. Once there, it's like an undiscovered island. It is the most awesome private beach in the world--clean and beautiful! We also enjoy the local community of Mom and Pop seafood restaurants! And so much more. Awesome Place!

Notes:
Lots for kids young and older to do from SWIMMING to sitting in the living area in a wonderful massage chair watching TV or looking out over the water. The condo was purchased by previous owner nearly new with all new furniture and decor. We just purchased the condo in 2014 and have upgraded the ceiling fans and some of the décor. Please help us to keep it in good condition.

Spring Break 2018 MARCH 24-MARCH 31 2018

I was not very impressed day one arriving to the condo after a long day and half in a car. I had printed off instructions before leaving home. We arrive and the code I was given did not work. Tired calling owner and no answer at this point not very happy. Thank goodness for some very nice people that had just arrived let us in to go to the room and see if the lock box would work. Thank goodness we got a key to our room. In the mean time a get a text from owner stating I sent you an email with new code. Which was 2 hours prior and we were on the road driving who thinks to check email when traveling .Knowing you printed the information before leaving home. Which only worked on front door. We could not go in the pool for 2 days cause everything was turned into a fob system. To enter the pool area and when you have a son that wanted to go and could not. You know how that is.

Finally after a few text to the owner. Monday morning I was given instructions to drive to a place and they could give me fobs. So we could go in the pool and get in thru front and back door. But we had to take time out of our vacation to go get them. They should have been avaiable for us when we arrived. I had talked to other owners and this happened 2 months ago. The owner says they are gonna make it right to me for the inconvience so I guess I will see if they hold to that once I get my refund back. Make sure they give you the correct code and you have a fob in the lock box to get in and out of pool and building.

Other than all of that .....

The place was very nice and relaxing. You could sit out on the balacony and drink your morining coffee and watch the dolphins jump. In the afternoon while relaxing in the sun you could watch the Blue Angels fly over. Very cool. I would go back as long as they refund my deposit and make it right for the inconvience that we had for 2 days. Spring break 2018

BEAUTIFUL VIEW !! Perfect condo !!

The view from this 3rd floor condo is magnificent!! Watching the Blue Angles fly over the pool was a real treat !!

There were a few issues upon arrival BUT the owners went to extremes to make everything right ! Very nice people !! We enjoyed our stay and would rent same condo again !! Wonderful experience ! Thanks Kim and Randy !!!!

Absolutely amazing

The view from the condo was fantastic. We saw dolphins a few mornings and even a shark! We watched blue angels practice and all from the comfort of the condo balcony! It was super relaxing and quiet. Exactly what we needed. Thanks for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful condo!

It was a good location, convenient to popular areas, but far enough away that you don't have to deal with all the crowds. The view of the bay was great. The unit itself could use a couple updates, but that's being nit-picky. Well worth the price! Would stay again in the future.

great place to stay - was exactly as described

very nicely furnished and very roomy condo. Nicely stocked kitchen,bath- towels, etc. Owner even left snacks for us! great security. great area to unload. large swimming pool and extra large hot tub. small beach areas and beautiful sights. really enjoyed being able to see the Angels practice and watch the boats passing from the large deck. Master bedroom and bath very large. Second bedroom and bath average size. The third bedroom has two twins but it really small. about a 10 min drive to beaches and great public access with ample parking shower and bathrooms (we especially liked public access 2 on Perdido Key). We plan on returning!

A favorite activity of previous owner was probably the cheapest. We enjoy fishing from the on-site Boat Dock. I always catch fish and have even caught small sharks. So bring your fishing gear. The Pier is very well lit and has fresh water messy cleanups. If on the Pier with small children, I recommend the use a life vests and children to be supervised by an adult at all times.
